Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain high operating efficiency with small power by a method in which screw blades of several pitches are formed on the lower part of an inside screw and crushed stone arch-preventing projections are formed on the way of the shaft integrally with the shaft. CONSTITUTION:The hopper 5 of crushed stones 18 is set on the upper part of the casing 8 of a casing auger 7 and a motor 6 is set on the downside of the hopper 5. A motor 13 is fixed to the upper end of the casing 8, a given pitch of screw blades 11 are fixed to the lower part of the shaft 10, and a given pitch of paddle 15 is integrally formed on the upper part of the shaft 10. The auger 7 is hung down on given ground, and the ground is excavated through the auger 9. When a desired depth is reached, the stones 18 are charged from the hopper 5, and the motor 13 is reversely turned to open the stopper 12 in order to send and pack the stones 18 into the hole 17 smoothly. Operation of high efficiency can thus be made with small power.

<Summary of the gist> The present invention has a casing auger suspended by a wire or the like from the tip of a leader installed on a crawler type heavy machine, etc., which is connected to a rotating device such as a motor, and an inner screw is installed inside the casing auger. The upper part of the casing auger has a hopper for loading pile materials such as crushed stone, the lower part has a plug such as a shoe for penetrating into the ground, and the inner screw has a hopper for loading pile materials such as crushed stone. This invention relates to a vibration-free crushed stone pile driving device that continuously drives crushed stones into the ground as the casing auger is pulled up after penetrating into the ground, facing the plug body, and in particular,
The screw blades of the inner screw are formed by several pitches on the lower side of the shaft connected to the upper rotating device, and the screw blades of the several pitches are formed with a larger pitch on the lower side than on the upper side. A gap sufficiently larger than the size of the pile material such as crushed stone is formed between the outer end of the casing auger and the inner surface of the casing of the casing auger, and the upper shaft of the screw blade is equipped with a protrusion such as an arm type to prevent crushed stone arching. Pertains to a vibration-type crushed stone pile driving device whose body is integrally formed to prevent arching and to ensure that the pile material that is smoothly inserted is driven into the ground as the casing auger rises. It is an invention.

Among these, for example, it is often observed that if the permeability of soft ground is poor, the ground may liquefy during an earthquake or the like, leading to a major disaster. Therefore, in order to deal with this problem, it is necessary to prevent this liquefaction phenomenon by improving the water permeability of the target ground, such as the soft ground.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> Conventionally, with regard to the double auger structure, the outer auger or, in some cases, the tip of the inner auger (sold separately) penetrates into the ground, and crushed stone is inserted between the two augers. The inner auger is rotated and crushed stone is discharged to create piles. At this time, the lid at the tip may be automatically removed and left in the ground, or it may be fixed to the tip of the inner auger and the inner auger shaft may be protruded downward to open the lid.

In such conventional technology, the screw of the inner auger is continuous all the way to the top, or even if there is a screw only at the bottom, the pitch is constant, so a large amount of power is required to discharge the crushed stone, and , the inner surface of the outer auger,
None of them had increased the gap between the tip of the inner screw blade, and none had taken into account the large amount of power consumed by the stone caught in between.

<Purpose of the Invention> The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problems of pile driving based on the prior art described above, and to solve the problem of pile driving based on the above-mentioned prior art. Drilling a specified pile hole in soft ground etc. and filling the hole with crushed stone etc. as pile material, moreover, reducing the resistance of the screw blade in the casing ocher when filling the pile material, reducing the power cost. The purpose of the present invention is to provide eight vibration-free crushed stone pile driving systems that are useful for the field of ground improvement technology in the construction industry by reducing the amount of vibration and allowing smooth filling of pile material.

〈Means and actions for solving the problem〉 According to the above purpose! ``In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the structure of the invention of this application, whose gist is the scope of the claims, is to carry a crawler type or the like into soft ground or the like in a predetermined position, and run it along the leader with a wire or the like. A casing ocher is suspended, and the outer part of the casing ocher is rotated from the rotating attachment on the upper part, and a hole is drilled into the target ground through a stopper such as a shoe at the lower end of the casing, and a hole is drilled to a predetermined depth. After the construction is completed, the specified pile material, such as crushed stone, is input from the pile material input hopper at the top, and the rotating attachment at the top is rotated in the opposite direction to raise the casing auger to a specified height.
The plug body is opened or left in the ground, and the shaft of the inner screw installed inside the casing auger is rotated by another rotating device installed at the top, so that the lower side is exposed several pitches below the upper side. Crushed stones, etc., which are injected by the screw blades with a larger pitch, are force-fed and filled into the space formed below the lower end of the casing, and then the casing auger is continuously injected while being raised by the reverse rotation of the rotating device at the top. The screw blades of the inner screw are filled with crushed stone, etc., and the crushed stone pile is driven into place. During this time, the casing auger is raised by the reverse rotation of the rotating device, and the inner screw Since the screw blades extend downward and form only a few pitches, a gap larger than the size of the pile material such as crushed stone is formed between the outside of the screw blades and the casing of the casing auger. Therefore, the rotating power is small, and there is no jamming or clogging phenomenon between the screw impeller of crushed stone and the inner surface of the casing auger, and the feeding and filling of crushed stone etc. is always carried out. It is a technical measure that enables work to be carried out with low power and high efficiency.

The pitch of the screw blades 11 is designed to be about 1/2 of the inner diameter of the casing 8 of the casing auger 7, so that the crushed stone 18 can be easily pumped, discharged, and filled into the drilled hole 17. This prevents the crushed stone 18 from clogging between the casing auger 7 and the casing 8 at the upper part.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the invention of this application, piles made of crushed stone or gravel are basically formed in the ground to improve water permeability in order to prevent liquefaction of soft ground or the like due to earthquakes. In the equipment, the crushed stone is discharged, fed, and filled into the drilling hole as the casing auger is lifted from the hopper for loading pile materials such as crushed stone installed on the top of the casing auger using a screw blade. It has the effect of being able to feed without requiring a large amount of power, that is, a large torque, so there is no increase in power costs, there is no damage to the installation or failure due to overload due to clogging, and it is easy to maintain. This has the advantage of requiring less inspection and maintenance and improving the durability of the device.

In addition, by integrally attaching an anti-arching protrusion such as an arm to the top of the screw blade of the shaft, the pile material at the top prevents the crushed stone, etc. thrown in from the input hopper, from reaching the screw blade. Even when filled with crushed stone, the screw blades smoothly feed the crushed stone into the hole without causing any arging phenomenon due to IQ stirring, and this also prevents clogging of crushed stone in the casing of the casing auger. This provides the advantageous effect of preventing jamming and the like and allowing smooth feeding and filling of pile material.
