PURPOSE:To prevent damage of ground materials of fried bean curds by cross feeding the ground materials of the fried beans curd every other line using a feeder to a frier and supplying the ground material of the fried beans curds to the frier. CONSTITUTION:Ground materials 35 of fried beans are conveyed to a position 35a of a base 26 by operation of a pushing plate 42 and transferred through a position 35b and a position 35c to a position 35f by descent of an intermittent feed plate 24 and by movement of a buffer frame 10. The ground materials of the fried bean curds fed on a drawing plate 30 are then dropped from the position 35f to a frier 40 by shrinkage of a piston rod 34 and by location of a stopper 28.

ース上の油揚げ生地をスライド移動させる。上下方向移
動自在な複数の送り板と、前記ベースの出口側に取付け
られたストッパと、ストッパに隣接配置され、ベース上
から送り板で送られた油揚げ生地を載せて横方向にスラ
イドし、油揚げ生地をストツノ月二当接させ下方に位置
するフライヤ装置のバケットに油揚げ生地を落下させる
引抜き板と、から成ることを特徴とする。

げを製造することができる。
