By protecting the corners from excessive pressure and removing the coal plate from the flat portion after curing, the flatness of the flat portion can be sufficiently ensured. Moreover, since this coal plate is covered with a release film, it is extremely easy to peel it off from the flat part.

When the space 10 (Figs. 2 and 3) inside the cover film 6 is evacuated, as shown in Fig. 4,
Pressure is applied to all of these to perform so-called preforming. The whole was then autoclaved (not shown).
The laminate 2 is completely cured by placing it in a container, pressurizing it, and heating it.

The cover film 6 is peeled off, and the coal plate 8 is then removed. At this time, the coal plate 8
is covered with a release film 9, so it is easy to remove the laminated product 2.
It can be peeled off from the flat part A. After this is peeled off, the shape of the flat portion A of the laminate 2 can ensure sufficient flatness.

る。As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, prepregs are laminated to form a flat plate part, prepregs are laminated on this flat plate part to form a flat part, and prepregs are laminated on top of this flat part to form a flat part. A coal plate with an inclination angle that is almost the same as the inclination angle of the end face of the flat part is placed covered with a release film, a cover film for vacuum is placed on top of it, the inside of this cover film is evacuated, and then processed. Since the material is pressed and cured by heating, the corners of the flat portion are protected by the call plate during molding, and pressure is applied uniformly throughout, ensuring sufficient flatness in the flat portion.
