Abstract

PURPOSE:To lower the temperature of exhaust gas due to its emission through a smoke exhaust passage by installing continuously a projecting exhaust passage which projects into a baking box to the front of the exhaust passage and providing a heating source for smoke calcination in the projecting exhaust passage. CONSTITUTION:When a gas burner is mounted on the opposite side of an opening 12a-1, an approx. 1.5cm high narrow smoke calcination space is formed between the lower part and the bottom of a heating source 4, which is used as a smoke calcination burner. 連設させて設けることも出来、更に第7図に示すごとく
両顎熱源4.8をそれぞれ別個のバーナボディ9の下面
にそれぞれ炎口10を備えるセラミック板11を取付け
て構成し、両顎熱源4.8を完全に独立して連設するも
のに形成しても良い。この場合側ガスバーナ間には煙焙
焼用の加熱源4から調理用の加熱源8への火移りは両者
に俟がる炎誘導体32によって行わせる。

源の熱量を比較的小さく抑え得られ、煙が排出通路に侵
入すると同時にこれを焙焼することが出来、その後該煙
排出通路を経てこれを外部に放出するため従来例の出口
側に煙焙焼用の加熱源を設けるものに比べ、比較的排気
温度を低く抑え得て安全に使用出来るものが得られ、請
求項2の焼成器においては、同船熱源が連続又は連設す
ることで、煙焙焼用の加熱源によって煙が焙焼させて無
煙無臭化されるまでの間常に煙は加熱源に晒されるので
、該煙の温度が下ってこれに含まれる油分等が焼成庫並
びに突出排出通路の壁面に耐着して汚れるの不都合を未
然に防げ、請求項3の焼成器においては、両ガスバーナ
への火移りが容易となる。
