Impellers, especially impellers for blowers that handle gas containing a large amount of solid particulate dust, such as boiler waste gas, earth, sand, and dusty air, require wear-resistant processing on parts that are particularly prone to wear. In place of conventional metal liners and wear-resistant overlays, ceramics, which have excellent wear resistance, have recently been used.

However, when the ceramic piece is directly attached to the surface of the vane, it is troublesome to replace it when it wears out, and when the ceramic piece is attached using an adhesive, it cannot withstand high-temperature use. Therefore, the present applicant has proposed a means to solve the above problems (Utility Application No. 169778/1982).

This means, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5,
The impeller 1 includes a hub 2, a vane plate 3 provided radially from the hub 2, and a main plate 4 and a side plate 5 disposed on both sides of the vane plate 3. A wear-resistant member 6 is removably coated on the surface. This wear-resistant member 6
a metal holding member 7 formed of a bottom plate 8 disposed along the surface of the blade plate 3 and a flange portion 9 welded to one side edge of the bottom plate 8 and rising along the main plate 4; A plurality of ceramic pieces 10a, 1 brazed to each surface of the bottom plate 8 and the flange portion 9
0b, a plurality of bolts 11 protruding from the back side of the bottom plate 8 are inserted into the mounting holes 12 made in corresponding parts of the wing plate 3, and then screwed with nuts 13 from the back side of the wing plate 3. It has a structure in which it is covered and attached to the vane plate 3 by fastening it.
Therefore, in an impeller with such a wear-resistant member,
Unlike the conventional method, it is easier to attach and detach the wear-resistant member 6, and it also has the advantage of being able to withstand use at high temperatures.

However, in the impeller with a wear-resistant member as described above, the wear-resistant member 6 is attached to the vane plate 3 only by fastening means using bolts 11 and nuts 13, so when the impeller 1 rotates, There is a risk that the nut 13 will gradually loosen due to the mechanical vibrations that occur. As a result, rattling occurs between the surface of the vane plate 3 and the wear-resistant member 6, the joint surface to which the ceramic pieces 10a, 10b are brazed is destroyed, and the ceramic pieces 10a, 10b fall off from the holding member 7. When I put it away, I had a problem. As a means to solve this problem, for example, it is possible to weld several places along the upper end 9a of the flange portion 9 to the main plate 4 to firmly fix the holding member 7, but in this case, the flange portion 9 There was a problem in that the ceramic piece 10b soldered to the surface of the ceramic piece 10b was seriously affected by the welding heat, resulting in deterioration of the ceramic piece 10b itself and the brazed joint surface.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the wear-resistant member 15 coated on the surface of the blade plate 3 of the impeller 1 is made of a metal holding member 1, as in the previous proposed example.
6, and a large number of ceramic pieces 17a, 17b brazed onto this holding member 16. The holding member 16 is made up of a bottom plate 18 that has approximately the same shape as the blade plate 3 and has a plurality of bolts 11 protruding from its back surface, and flange parts 19 and 20 that are welded to both side edges of the bottom plate 18, respectively. When the wear-resistant member 15 is installed, the flanges 19 and 20 are arranged along the main plate 4 and side plate 5 of the impeller 1. Further, the ceramic pieces 17a and 17b are respectively disposed on the surface of the bottom plate 18 of the holding member 16 and on the surface of the flange portion 19 on the main plate 4 side, which is subject to severe wear due to direct collision with the suction air.
The upper half of the ceramic piece 17b is arranged so as to protrude from the upper end 19a. Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 1, the front end portion of the vane plate 3 is protected by a wear-resistant piece 21 made of ceramics.

Next, the case where the wear-resistant member 15 configured as described above is attached to the impeller 1 will be described. First, the wear-resistant member 15 is placed on the surface of the blade plate 3, and the mounting hole 12 formed in the blade plate 3 is A bolt 11 welded to the back surface of the bottom plate 18 is inserted into the bottom plate 18, and this bolt 11 is fastened with a nut 13 from the back surface side of the vane plate 3. By this fastening, the wear-resistant member 15 is attached to the vane plate 3 in a state in which the bottom plate 18 of the holding member 16 is in close contact with the surface of the vane plate 3, and both flanges 19 and 20 are in close contact with the inner surfaces of the main plate 4 and the side plate 5, respectively. A coating is applied to the surface. Next, the upper end 1 of the flange portion 19

a to the main plate 4. Note that the fixing pieces 22 are arranged at three locations along the longitudinal direction of the flange portion 19. On the other hand, in this embodiment, the side plate 5 of the impeller 1
On the side as well, the upper end 20a of the flange portion 20 is directly welded to the side plate 5 at three locations corresponding to the locations where the fixing pieces 22 are disposed, thereby more reliably preventing the wear-resistant member 15 from wobbling. In addition, the above-mentioned fixing piece 22 is placed on the upper end 20a of the flange part 20 side,
This can also be fixed by welding.

The wear-resistant members 15 attached to all the blade plates 3 by such attachment means are made of ceramic pieces 17.
It goes without saying that the effects of elements a and 17b provide sufficient wear resistance against gases containing a large amount of dust, etc., and the nut 13 is temporarily loosened due to mechanical vibrations when the impeller 1 rotates. However, since the flanges 19 and 20 on both sides are integrally fixed to the impeller 1 by welding, there is no chance of looseness occurring against the blade plate 3. Therefore, unlike in the past, the joint surfaces of the ceramic pieces 17a, 17b are not destroyed due to rattling of the wear-resistant member 15, and the ceramic pieces 17a, 17b are prevented from falling off from the holding member 16. This can be prevented. Also, in this example,
Since the ceramic piece 17b brazed to the flange portion 19 is not affected by the welding heat of the fixed piece 22, the ceramic piece 17b itself and the brazed joint surface never deteriorate. In addition, when the wear-resistant member 15 is to be attached and detached, it is only necessary to remove the fixing piece 22 of one flange portion 19 and the welded portion of the other flange portion 20, and the work of replacing the wear-resistant member 15 is extremely easy. Further, in the above embodiment, the case where the fixing piece 22 is fixed by welding has been described, but it is also possible to fix it by other means.

As explained above, according to the impeller with a wear-resistant member according to the present invention, the wear-resistant member is fixed in such a way that the ceramic pieces are not adversely affected by welding heat. This prevents the joint surface from deteriorating and prevents the wear-resistant member from rattling due to mechanical vibrations when the impeller rotates, and prevents the destruction of the joint surface of the ceramic pieces and the removal of the ceramic pieces from the holding member. Falling off can be reliably prevented.
