Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the restriction of using material and facilitate repair by a method wherein many rectifying blades are arranged to the frame fitted properly to a ventilating port by holding hollow clipping metals between the blades and the hollow clipping metals are fixed to the frame with bolts which penetrate the hollow clipping metals. CONSTITUTION:The bolt holes 1a, 2a which penetrate a through bolt 5 at necessary intervals, are provided on the rectifying blades 1 and the frame 2, the rectifying blades 1 clip the hollow clipping metals 3, 4 and are inserted into the inside of the frame 2, thereafter, the through bolts are penetrated to them and are fastened and fixed with clamping nuts. A cut-out B is provided on the bolt hole which penetrate the through bolts 5 provided on the rectifying blades 1, whereby, the construction of the rectifying blades 1 are formed so as to be able to remove and install by loosening of the clamping nuts 7, accordingly, it is effectively for the repair of the rectifying blades 1 and the changing with blades having different shape. On this occasion, when necessary, washers are inserted into the both side of the straightening blade 1. The welding (or soldering) is unnecessary, therefore, assembling, working operation are simple, changing of the parts are easy and using material may be selected freely.
