Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 熱伝導性が良好な筒状の恒温ブロツク１の両
底面に、それぞれ半導体レーザ２および熱素子４
が恒温ブロツク１の中央孔３を中心として対称状
態で設けられてあり、少なくとも恒温ブロツク１
の外周面を覆う熱絶縁層７が設けられてあるとと
もに、恒温ブロツク１の半導体レーザ２に密着す
る所定位置に温度検出素子１０が設けられてある
ことを特徴とする半導体レーザ光学ヘツド。 ２ コリメータレンズ６が半導体レーザ２に正対
する状態で配置されているとともに、コリメータ
レンズ６と半導体レーザ２との間の光路をも覆う
熱絶縁層７が設けられている上記実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の半導体レーザ光学ヘツド。
