    に直列接続された状態で該第1LEDに対して反
    対の通電方向となるように並列接続された発光波
    長範囲が同一の複数の第2LEDと、を有し、 該第1LEDおよび第2LEDが基板上に直線
    状に並設されている LEDアレイ。
