偏平パイプ9がスポンジシート7に圧着しさらに
同シート7を多孔排水管4に向つて圧縮する(第
5図参照)。この圧縮によつて同シート7は絞ら
れ同シート内や斜交切目8内に詰つた汚物は水と
共に切欠溝10を経て偏平パイプ9内を下降し送
水管6の下端開口部から同送水管6を経て外部に
排出回収されると共にスポンジシート7の目詰り
は解消される。そして上記弁dを開き上述同様の
動作が繰返され池17等の汚物の回収及び貯水の
過洗浄が行われる。

出口20から排出することができポンプ19は同
一方向に連続回転させて貯水の送水装置を形成す
る。中央の3方弁bの送水口21は排水過装置
の上端に開口する送水管6に接続させる。排水
過装置は両端閉鎖筒1の上端板2の中央透孔3か
ら同筒1の内部に下端閉鎖多孔排水管4を装入
し、同排水管4の排水口5を上端板2の外側に設
け、同排水管4の上端閉鎖筒4′及び下端閉鎖部
4″を貫通する下端開口送水管6が設けられる。
この送水管6の上端開口部に上記中央3方弁bの
送水口21を直接接続する。そして上記多孔排水
管4の多孔側面をスポンジシート7で囲繞し、同
シート7の外面には第3図に示すように垂直に対
し45度斜交切目8,8を形成し同切目8,8を開
口させ同切目8,8の深さは第2図に示す程度で
あれば良い。又同シート7の外側には複数(3〜
4個)の直立偏平パイプ9を同シート7の外面に
対向させて配置し、同パイプ9の上記シート7と
の対向面に多数の切欠溝10を形成し、同パイプ
9の外側に同パイプ9、上記スポンジシート7、
上記排水管4及び上記送水管6を収容する耐水性
密封袋11を配置し、その上端縁11′を上端板
2と上記閉鎖筒1の上端フランジ1′との間に挾
持するものである。尚図中12で示すものは多孔
排水管4の透孔であつて同孔12の流通面積の総
和は上記送水管6の流通面積より大である。又1
