[Detailed description of the invention] <Industrial application field> The present invention relates to a device for filtering wastewater, and in particular, it collects human hair and dust in wastewater used for bathing, washing, etc., and improves drainage pipe system. This invention relates to a filtration device for preventing clogging.

<Prior Art> Human hair, dust, etc. are mixed in wastewater such as bath water, washing water, etc., and if it is disposed of as is, it will clog the drainage pipe system and cause the sewage to backflow.
For this reason, conventionally, a filter cloth made of polyurethane or the like and a drain pipe with many water absorption holes are inserted into a sealable cylinder, and the drain pipe is positioned inside the filter cloth. A device has been devised that uses cloth to collect human hair, dust, etc. (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 44865/1983).

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, according to this conventional device, only the lower part of the filter cloth is used for the filtering action, and the entire surface of the filter cloth cannot be effectively utilized. In other words, a large number of water absorption holes are provided on the entire surface of the drain pipe, and the waste water introduced into the cylinder is discharged one after another from the water absorption holes at the bottom, and the air remaining inside the cylinder cannot be exhausted, and due to this air pressure. Therefore, the water level within the cylinder does not rise, and as a result, the lower half of the filter cloth is immersed in waste water and used for filtration, and the upper half is not used for filtration at all. For this reason, the filter cloth becomes clogged early, has to be replaced frequently, and maintenance and inspection become extremely complicated.

For this reason, the present invention includes a sealable cylindrical body in which a drainage inlet is formed, and only both ends in the axial direction are opened, and the upper end opening is lower than the upper surface of the cylindrical body by a predetermined distance. It is characterized by consisting of a drain pipe inserted into the cylindrical body, and a filter cloth that surrounds the drain pipe and whose density increases from the outermost layer to the innermost layer.

<Function> Drainage water is introduced into the cylinder from the inlet by the water level difference or by a pump. This waste water gradually rises from the lower surface to the upper surface of the cylinder while soaking the filter cloth. Due to this water pressure, the air inside the cylinder is gradually discharged to the outside from the upper end opening of the drain pipe. The waste water reaches the opening at the upper end of the drain pipe while being filtered through the filter cloth, and flows out from the drain pipe to the outside.

The density of the filter cloth increases from the outermost layer to the innermost layer, so long human hair and relatively large debris contained in wastewater are collected in the outermost layer of the filter cloth, and as they become smaller, they become smaller. Therefore, it is filtered through the filter cloth on the inner layer side.

この結果、ロ過布は目詰まりしにくくなる。 As a result, the filter cloth is less likely to become clogged.

Further, when the distance between the upper end opening of the drain pipe and the upper surface of the cylinder is set to 5 to 20 mm, the cylinder is filled with waste water and drained efficiently.

A first diagram showing a partially cutaway perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention.
In the figure, an inlet 3 for introducing wastewater into the cylinder 1 is connected to the lower part of a cylindrical body 1, and a lid 2 is attached to the top surface of the cylinder 1. Also, on the bottom surface, there is an insertion hole through which a drain pipe 4, which will be described later, is inserted.
It is formed with the same diameter as the outer diameter of. Therefore, when the drain pipe 4 is inserted and the lid 2 is attached, the inside of the cylinder 1 is sealed to prevent drainage from leaking outside. Inside this cylindrical body 1 is a drain pipe 4 and a filter cloth 5.
a, 5b, and 5c are inserted.

The drain pipe 4 has both ends in the axial direction, that is, an upper end 6 that serves as a suction port for drainage, and a lower end 7 that is pulled out from the cylinder 1 and connected to a pump (not shown) or the like.
It consists of a so-called cylindrical tube with only one opening and no small holes formed on the side surface. This drain pipe 4 is inserted from the insertion hole in the lower surface of the cylinder 1 and is supported in an upright manner within the cylinder 1, and its upper end opening 6 is connected to the upper surface of the cylinder 1, as shown in FIG. That is, it is set at a low position with a predetermined distance d from the lower surface of the lid 2. This interval d
is set so that the wastewater introduced into the cylinder body 1 fills the cylinder body 1 and is smoothly sucked out from the upper end opening 6. For example, in the case of drainage from a bathtub, d=
It is set at 5 to 20 mm, more preferably d=10 to 15 mm. By setting the interval d in this way,
The cylindrical body 1 is filled with waste water, and human hair, dust, etc. are collected on the entire surface of the filtration cloth.

The filter cloths 5a, 5b, 5c are attached to cover the drain pipe 4. In this case, each filter cloth 5a, 5b, 5c is attached within the cylinder 1 so as to be in contact with the upper and lower surfaces of the cylinder 1. That is, the filter cloth is wound into a cylindrical shape so that its height is slightly larger than the height of the cylindrical body 1, and after being inserted into the cylindrical body 1, it is pressed with the lid 2 to close the cylindrical body. It is designed to be in close contact with the top and bottom surfaces of. A flexible plastic such as polyurethane is selected as the material for this filter cloth. Further, in this embodiment, three layers are laminated inside the cylinder 1, with the innermost layer filter cloth 5c closely contacting the outer surface of the drain pipe 4, and the outermost layer filter cloth 5a contacting the inner surface of the cylinder 1. are in contact with each other. The outermost layer 5a has the lowest density, that is, it is a sponge-like mesh with large mesh, and the middle layer 5b and the innermost layer 5c have the lowest density. There is. By increasing the density from the outside to the inside, long human hair and relatively large debris can be removed from the outermost layer 5a.
Since short human hair, small pieces of dust, scale, etc. are collected in the intermediate layer 5b or the innermost layer 5c, the filter cloth is less likely to be clogged.

Next, the operation of this device will be explained with reference to FIG. Drainage water is introduced from the inlet 3 at the bottom of the cylinder 1 by the operation of a pump (not shown) or by a water level difference. The water level gradually rises from the bottom surface of the cylinder 1 while soaking the filter cloths 5a, 5b, and 5c, and the air inside the cylinder 1 is gradually discharged from the upper end opening 6 of the drain pipe 4 due to this water pressure. is discharged to the outside. Therefore, the waste water reaches the upper surface of the cylindrical body 1 while being filtered through the filter cloths 5a, 5b, and 5c as shown by the arrows, and fills the inside of the cylindrical body 1. When it reaches the upper end opening 6 of the drain pipe 4, it is sucked through the upper end opening 6 and discharged to the outside. By this filling, the entire surface of the filter cloth is used for filtration, so that collection is performed reliably and the filtering action of the filter cloth can be maintained for a long period of time.
Moreover, since air is discharged by the drainage rising within the cylinder 1 and no air remains within the cylinder 1, the drainage can be smoothly discharged.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the filter cloth was formed in three layers, but in the present invention, it may be formed in four or more layers or two or less layers. Further, the material thereof is not polyurethane, but glass wool or other porous plastics may be used.

<Effects of the invention> As described above, according to the present invention, since filtration is performed while the cylinder is filled with wastewater, the entire surface of the filtration cloth can be effectively used for filtration, and the clogging of the filtration cloth can be avoided. This has the effect of eliminating the trouble of replacing the filter cloth and maintenance and inspection.
