Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a pattern without any gap from the designed pattern by sewing guide threads on the cloth set on the frame along the contours of the desired patterns, sticking a clear film to all of the cloth face, cutting off the film part corresponding to the desired pattern, then dyeing and embroidering. CONSTITUTION:A piece of cloth 2 is spread on the frame and guide yarns 3 are sewed along the contours of the desired patterns. Then, the cloth is covered with a clear synthetic film 4 stacked all over the face and, the part of the film 4 corresponding to the desired pattern formed with the guide threads 3 is cut off. Then, the exposed parts are dyed and/or treated with gold and dried. Then, embroidering 7 is done by means of a multi-head automatic embroidering machine.

e→Problem to be solved by the invention When purchasing a pattern for fabric, a rough sketch is drawn on the cloth, and the areas to be dyed, foiled, and embroidered are determined according to the dimensions of the rough sketch, and the fabric is purchased by each vendor. Respective instructions will be given.

Each vendor creates patterns, input tapes, etc. according to the sketch according to instructions, and then performs dyeing, foiling, embroidery, etc. However, once the dyeing, gluing, etc. are completed and the fabric is dried, the fabric is is significantly reduced compared to its original dimensions. However, since each vendor performs dyeing, foiling, embroidery, etc. according to the dimensions of the sketch, if the patterns are continuous or if embroidery etc. is mixed with dyeing (1), the dyeing In many cases, the embroidery overlaps, or the patterns that are supposed to be continuous are separated, and the intended design cannot be realized, and despite the saw having high-quality specifications, it is only sold as a difficult item. Since it was not possible to do so, conventionally, when applying these various treatments, it only existed as a one-point flying pattern,
It lacked elegance.

B) Means for Solving the Problems In the first step of the present invention, the fabric (2) is pasted onto the frame (1). The frame (1) may be of any suitable shape, such as rectangular, square, circular, etc. However, as an example, if the structure of the crushed body is shown, the crushed body (1) has a receiving frame (a) and an insertion frame (b). It consists of a receiving frame (
The insert frame (a) consists of a metal frame with a U-shaped cross section, and the insertion frame (b) consists of a U-shaped receiving frame that is covered with an eave part that hangs down to the outside and a horizontal flat plate part in a cross-sectioned metal frame. Things, U
There is a forest of needle-like protrusions (c) that are slightly higher than the side height of the receiver frame from the inner bottom of the receiver frame, and all of the needle-like protrusions (c) are inclined inward of the frame (1), and - The fabric (2) is the frame body (

As the sixth step, the embroidery process is performed using a multi-head machine.
In the embroidery machine, the manual tape memorizes the patterns and colors, and the method of the present invention is completed by forming the embroidery pattern on the fabric according to the sketch.

(E) Functions and Effects of the Invention Since the present invention consists of the above-mentioned method, in the processes of pasting, applying dye, etc., washing with water, drying, etc. in dyeing work,
Or, even if the fabric tries to shrink during processes such as gluing and drying in foil material work, the fabric will not shrink because it is firmly tightened to the frame, and the frame will not be removed from the fabric until the entire process is completed. Never. This means that the fabric is stretched without changing its position in the frame before and after various processes, and as a result, the fabric is fabricated separately by different companies with different technical processes. Even if you ask a specialist, the pattern created by each vendor will appear in the specified position of the fabric, and the pattern of the dyed part and the embroidery or other patterns may be separated or overlapped. This has the effect of forming a beautiful pattern exactly as shown in the sketch.

Furthermore, in the present invention, a transparent film (4) is pasted inside the frame covered with fabric, and the film is cut out only in the part where the desired pattern is to be formed. Even when processing such as embroidery, there is no risk of the liquid used for processing splashing onto the fabric other than the areas to be processed and staining the fabric, resulting in a clean finish after processing. This invention is extremely useful as a method for machine embroidery when used in combination with other methods.
