Description of the Related Art Recently, embroidery patterns such as one-point marks have become popular for thin and stretchable tubular and bag-shaped articles such as stockings and tights. However, since it is difficult to directly embroider these delicate fabrics, a thermo-compression embroidery patch is generally used (the embroidery lining is cut along the contour of the embroidery pattern and a resin adhesive layer is formed on the back). Then, the embroidery pattern is given by applying ironing press to the embroidered part such as stockings. However, with this method, it is difficult to manufacture the patch itself, especially in the case of an embroidery pattern having a complicated pattern, it is difficult to perform the contour cutting, and since the contour cutting is the outer contour trimming, the lining remains in the pattern and the embroidery wave is left. Since it was exposed in the middle, it lacked the sharpness as an embroidery pattern, and although it was thermocompression bonded, the thickness of the lining was increased, which made it unsuitable for thin fabrics.

The water-soluble lining piece 2, the lower frame 3 for embroidery, and the upper frame 4 for embroidery are provided with a frame tensioning device. Then, the water-soluble lining piece 2 is placed on the upper surface of the ring 1,
The lower frame 3 is fitted from above and the lining frame is tensioned.
Then, a thin stretchable tubular shape on the lining frame tension part,
The bag-like object is covered with a portion to be embroidered, and the upper frame 4 is fitted from above to complete the embroidery frame tension. Next, after embroidering by hand or machine embroidery, the upper frame 4, the lower frame 3,
The ring 1 is detached, and the water-soluble lining piece 2 sewn to the tubular or bag-like article by the embroidery is immersed in water to dissolve and remove, and then dried to embroider on the surface of the tubular or bag-like article. This is a method for embroidering a thin, stretchable tubular or bag-like material such as stockings that exposes only the wave, and the ring 1, water-soluble lining piece 2, and embroidery used for the embroidery method. Lower frame 3 for
The device is composed of an upper frame 4 for embroidery.

FIG. 1 shows an instrument used for carrying out the method of the present invention. In the ring, 2 is a water-soluble backing piece slightly larger than the area of the ring 1, 3 is a lower frame for embroidery, and 4 is an upper frame for embroidery. As a procedure of the method, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, first, the ring 1 is placed in the frame hole 6 of the frame support 5.
Is fitted, and the water-soluble lining piece 2 is placed on the upper surface as a lining for embroidery ((a) in FIG. 2). Then, the lower frame 3 is fitted from above and the lining frame is tensioned ((a) and (b) in FIG. 2). In addition, this lining frame tension is reversed outside the frame tensioning stand 5, that is, the embroidery lower frame 3 is turned upside down, the water-soluble lining piece 2 is placed thereon, and the ring 1 is fitted from above. It goes without saying that it is also possible to carry out by doing so, and then return it to the normal position and put it in the frame hole 6 of the frame tensioning stand 5. Next, the stocking S is put on from the tip of the frame tensioning stand 5 so that the portion to be embroidered is located at the lining frame tensioning part, and the upper frame 4 is fitted from above to complete the embroidery frame tensioning (Fig. 3 (C) and (D)). Next, the embroidery frame whose frame tension has been completed is set on the sewing machine for embroidery and embroidery is performed, and then the upper frame 4, the lower frame 3 and the ring 1 are removed ((d) in FIG.
Finally, the water-soluble lining piece 2 sewn on the back side of the stocking by the embroidery is immersed in water to dissolve and remove it, and then dried to expose only the embroidery wave on the stocking surface. Let it out ((f) in Fig. 4).

The ring 1 having an inner diameter in which the lower frame 3 for embroidery is tightly fitted and the lower frame 3 frame the lining piece 2 (water-soluble lining piece) slightly larger than the area of the ring 1. With this configuration, the lining piece 2 is securely fixed, and there is no protrusion of the peripheral portion thereof, so that the work of covering (wearing) the tubular or bag-like object can be performed without any trouble. Since the water-soluble lining piece 2 is used for the embroidery lining sewn on the back side of the tubular or bag-like material by the embroidery, it is later dissolved and removed with water, which is impossible for a delicate embroidered object. It has no power and does not damage the product value. In addition, because the entire lining is wiped off by this melting, only the embroidery wave is clearly displayed unlike the case of the patch,
A natural and beautiful embroidery pattern can be attached. Further, as long as the size fits in the lining frame tension portion (ring 1), not only a one-point mark but also a considerably large embroidery pattern can be attached.
