In addition, some cleaning tools such as clean cotton have been developed and attempts are being made to use them, but these have drawbacks such as high cost per use and not being able to be flushed down the toilet. There is room for practical improvement. Furthermore, foam-like cleaning agents that are applied to toilet paper and the like are also known, but these are water-soluble and have disadvantages such as the paper being torn when applied.

Therefore, it is suitable and preferable for the above-mentioned product to be used in a conventional pressure accumulating pump bottle or in the form of a spray using various propellants. The practical use of the above product is, for example, to remove pre-fixed menstrual blood, secretions, filth, etc. from the genital area during menstruation, the anal area after defecation, the genital area when bathing is not possible, the axillary area, etc. After wiping with tissue paper, etc., it is appropriate to finish by wiping with a cleaning paper sprayed with this product several times. This provides a sufficient wiping effect and keeps the skin area clean. This can reliably prevent the occurrence and aggravation of rashes, itching, and other symptoms. In addition, this product can be applied directly to the genital area, anal area, axillary area, etc., and then wiped off with toilet paper, tissue paper, etc. This application also achieves the intended effect of the present invention. That is, 20 μQ of human blood was applied to the skin on the crooked side of a human forearm and completely dried with a hair dryer. Then, using toilet paper sprayed with each sample (approximately 0.1 m12) and untreated toilet paper to which no drug was applied as a control, the dry surface was wiped /0 times with equal force, The removal rate (%) was determined and the cleaning effect of each sample was investigated. The blood removal rate was determined by hemolyzing blood wiped onto toilet paper and measuring its absorbance in the visible region.
