より高い。 D:0.02重量%酸化チタン懸濁水溶液の透過率より
低い。 なお、本発明のクレンジング化粧料は、水分が混入して
も白濁しない温度領域を、手の平や顔面上の環境に相当
する25〜35℃の範囲内に有することが好ましく、測
定は各クレンジング化粧料100重量部に精製水を10
重量部又は50重量部混合したものを、28〜30℃に
温度を調節してから均一に混合した直後に行った。
