Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic bag prevented from tearing even when an impact is applied and generating no spilling of a content by specifying the adhesive strength at the part provided with a printing layer of a stretched plastic film and a heat sealable film. CONSTITUTION:A printing layer 2 is provided to a stretched plastic film 1 excepting the heat seal part provided to the peripheral edge of said film 1 and a heat-sealable film 4 is laminated to the printing layer 2 through an adhesive layer 3 so as to set the adhesive strength of the stretched plastic film 1 and the heat-sealable film 4 to 300g/15mm or less. A bag having adhesive strength of 300g/15mm or less is extremely reduced in rupture. The adhesive strength of the heat seal part 5 of the peripheral edge provided with no printing layer 2 is set to 1000g/15mm or more to provide sufficient adhesive strength. The laminate A thus constituted on other film B and the peripheral edges of both of them are heat-sealed to complete a plastic bag. The other film B may have an inner surface made of a heat sealable material and the laminate A may be used.

The drawback was that it was easy to bag. In other words, the stretched plastic film that serves as the outer layer has the property of being easily torn, and may cause scratches on the bag surface if it collides with a protrusion such as the corner of a desk, or if it is subjected to strong impact due to a fall, etc. If there was, the thermoadhesive film would tear as well as the stretched plastic film, and the contents would spill out.

In addition, these bags are often provided with holes or slits for deaeration in order to prevent them from breaking due to air pressure when stacked, but even if such holes are provided, Broken bags were often seen.

Effects> The plastic bag of the present invention having the above-described structure has an adhesive strength of 300 g/15 mm or less between the stretched plastic film and the thermoadhesive film of the laminate constituting the bag in the portion where the printed layer is provided. Therefore, in the event that the stretched plastic film is torn due to a strong impact due to a fall or the like, the phenomenon in which the part between the eyebrows peels off and the thermoadhesive film is torn by the stretched plastic film is prevented.

In the present invention, the adhesive strength between the stretched plastic film (11) and the thermally adhesive film (4) is 300 g/15
Stack them so that the number is 1 or less. There is no particular lower limit, but if the adhesive strength is less than 30g/15m, the laminate (

In order to keep the adhesive strength within a predetermined range, the above-mentioned adhesive layer (3
) can be made possible by applying an extremely thin coating compared to conventional methods. That is, for example, by setting the solid content in the adhesive to about 0.5 to 2% by weight and setting the plate depth of the coating plate to 10 to 20 μm, the stretched plastic film (1) (on the printed layer (2) ) is coated with absolutely less adhesive. In this way, a part of the adhesive penetrates and is absorbed into the printed layer (2), and as a result, the adhesive strength between the stretched plastic film (1) and the thermally adhesive film (4) increases. In the provided area, the energy consumption is less than 300g/151W. On the other hand, in the peripheral heat-sealed part (5) where the printed layer (2) is not provided, the adhesive strength is 1000 g / 15
m or more, and has sufficient adhesive strength.

The plastic tink bag of the present invention is completed by overlapping the laminate (A) constructed as described above with another film (B) and heat-sealing the periphery to form a bag shape. The other film (B) may be any material as long as at least the inner surface is heat-sealable, and the above-mentioned laminate (8) may of course be used.

In the examples described above, adhesive strength of 300 g/15 mm or less is achieved by absorbing the adhesive into the printed layer (2), but similar adhesive strength may be achieved by other methods. Examples include a method of adding a component capable of adjusting adhesive strength to the printed layer (2), a method of providing a layer made of the same component on the printed layer (2), and the like.

This laminate (A) was cut into a size of 550 x 280 an, two sheets were stacked on top of each other with the polyethylene films facing inside, and the periphery was heat-sealed to make a bag. The bag has holes for degassing (
1,0φ) were provided. This bag stores 10kg of rice.
The bag was sealed and dropped horizontally to the ground from a height of 1.5 m, and the bag was observed to see if it was broken. Each test was performed 10 times.

<Honyo Kinpaku> Test Results As is clear from the above results, when the adhesive strength between the stretched plastic film and the thermally adhesive film on the printed layer is 300 g/15 mm or less, there is very little bag breakage and it is difficult to handle heavy items. It can be seen that it is suitable as a plus bag for use.

<Effects of the Invention> The present invention has the structure described above, and even if the stretched plastic film is torn due to impact such as colliding with a protrusion or being dropped, there will be no damage between the film and the thermoadhesive film. Peeling does not occur and the thermoadhesive film is not torn, so the bag as a whole is prevented from tearing. In addition, the materials used and the method of manufacturing the bags are not special, and they are not economically inferior to conventional bags. is possible and has economic merit.
