When items to be cleaned such as dishes and cooking utensils are placed in the cleaning tank and detergent is added to start operation, there is a water supply process in which a predetermined amount of cleaning water is first supplied to the cleaning tank, followed by pressurization by the cleaning pump. A washing step is performed in which the washed washing water is injected together with detergent from a washing nozzle. After passing through the washing process for a predetermined period of time, a drainage process begins in which the washing water containing the dirt washed off from the dishes and the like is drained. Next, there is a water supply process in which new washing water is supplied, a rinsing process in which washing water is sprayed from the washing nozzle to rinse dishes soiled with detergent or leftover food, and a drainage process in which washing water is discharged outside the machine. The process was repeated four times in succession.

Furthermore, by causing the cleaning pump to operate intermittently in parallel with water supply after a predetermined time has elapsed from the start of water supply, and by operating the drain pump in parallel during the stop time of the cleaning pump, the suction of the cleaning pump can be reduced. Disturbance of the water flow occurs due to the stoppage of the water flow and the cleaning pump, and the leftover food adhering to the surface of the filter is disturbed. At this time, the leftover food is once separated from the filter and flows down to the filter near the drain port, and then this leftover food is further passed through the filter by the flow of washing water caused by the suction of the drain pump, and is sent to the drain pump and is discharged outside the machine. be discharged.

The operation of the above configuration will be explained below. A predetermined amount of detergent is added, dishes and other items to be washed are placed in the dish basket lO in the washing tank l, and the operation is started. First, when cleaning water is supplied by energizing the water supply valve 9, a pre-washing process is performed in which the cleaning water is pressurized by the cleaning pump 2 and sprayed from the cleaning nozzle 3, and some of the dirt attached to the object to be cleaned is washed away. be dropped. In this process, the cleaning water containing dirt is filtered through the filter 5.
The water is mainly filtered through the main filter 53, sent from the suction lower to the cleaning pump 2, and then sprayed again from the cleaning nozzle 3, which is repeated. Next, a drainage process is performed to drain the dirty cleaning water, and the cleaning water in the cleaning tank 1 is filtered through the filter 5, mainly the sub-filter 5b, and then sent from the drain port 8 to the drainage pump 4, and then from the drainage hose 6. It is ejected from the aircraft. Subsequently, new cleaning water is supplied, and the main process of cleaning is performed by jetting the cleaning water containing the detergent that has flowed into the cleaning tank 1. In this water supply process, water supply starts as shown in Figure 4 (in the figure, the water supply valve is turned ON).
), the cleaning pump 2 operates intermittently in parallel with water supply (in the figure, the cleaning pump is ON,
(repeated OFF). With this operating method, the cleaning pump 2
(In this example, the circulation flow rate of the cleaning pump is approximately 601/min, and the flow rate of the cleaning water in the suction lower is approximately 2 m/SeC) due to the suction of the cleaning pump 2. Due to the stoppage, turbulence occurs in the flow of the washing water, and the leftover food 12 on the surface of the filter 5, which is mainly in close contact with the main filter 5a, is disturbed. Through this operation, the leftover food 12 is separated from the filter 5, and at the same time, a portion of the leftover food 12 is washed down into the sub-filter 55 by the water flow toward the suction lower of the washing water. After this water supply step is followed by the main step for a predetermined period of time, the next step is to drain the washing water containing dirt washed off from dishes and the like.

Subsequently, there is a water supply process in which new washing water is supplied, a rinsing process in which washing water is sprayed from the washing nozzle 3 to rinse dishes, etc. soiled with detergent or leftover food, and the washing water is discharged outside the machine. The drainage step is repeated four times in succession and then completed. In the water supply process that precedes this rinsing process, as shown in FIG. Closely attached leftovers 12
is disturbed and separated from the main filter 58, and at the same time collected in the sub-filter 5b.

Moreover, in one washing operation, the above operation is repeated a total of 5 times, and the leftover food 12 is reliably removed from the subfilter 5.
It is concentrated and collected in b. Therefore, when looking at the filter 5 after the cleaning operation is completed, the leftover food remains concentrated in almost one place, which makes it look good and is easy to clean up afterwards.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, a rib-shaped projection (hereinafter referred to as a baffle plate 13) is provided between the suction lower and the sub-filter 5b, and the control content of the control device is the first. This is different from the example. In the water supply process that precedes the main process, the control device causes the cleaning pump 3 to operate intermittently in parallel with the water supply after a predetermined time has elapsed from the start of water supply (the water supply valve is turned ON in the figure), as shown in FIG. (The cleaning pump is repeatedly turned on and off), and the drain pump 4 is operated in parallel during the time when the cleaning pump 3 is stopped (the drain pump is turned on in the figure).

Due to the operation by this control device, the water flow of cleaning water directed toward the suction lower by the suction of the cleaning pump 2, and the cleaning pump 2
The disturbance of the water flow of the washing water due to the stoppage of the washing water causes disturbance of the leftover food 12 which is in close contact with the surface of the filter 5, mainly the main filter 5a, and the leftover food 12 is separated from the main filter 5a. At this time, the suction of the cleaning pump 2 causes the leftover food particles, which are about the size of a grain of rice, to pass through the sub-filter 5b and be sent to the suction lower. (referred to as a plate 13) and falls below the sub-filter 5b, where it is deposited. This baffle plate 13 prevents leftover food particles the size of rice grains from circulating to the cleaning pump 2, and the leftover food 12 is deposited below the sub-filter 5b. Continuing further,
The flow of washing water directed toward the drain port 8 by the suction of the drain pump 4 (in this embodiment, the drain flow rate of the drain pump is approximately 7.51
/1lin, and the flow rate of the washing water at the drain port 8 is approximately Q, 5 m/see), this leftover food 12 is sent from the sub-filter 5b to the drain pump 4, and is discharged outside the machine via the drain hose 6. be discharged. As a result, leftover food that is the size of a grain of rice or smaller is discharged outside the machine, and after the cleaning operation is completed, there is little leftover food left in the sub-filter 5b, making it hygienic, looking good, and easy to clean up afterwards. be. Therefore, even if you forget to clean the filter 5, the filter 5 will be clogged with leftover food during the next cleaning operation, and the cleaning pump 3 will not be supplied with the necessary cleaning water, and the cleaning water will be sprayed from the cleaning nozzle 3. The problem of poor cleaning due to insufficient water pressure and flow rate does not occur. Furthermore, by reducing the amount of leftover food leftovers, it is possible to reduce so-called re-contamination, in which the leftover food collected on the filter 5 circulates together with the washing water and adheres to the dishes again. Furthermore, the odor generated from leftover food on the filter 5 after washing is also reduced.

Furthermore, the third embodiment of the present invention is equipped with a secondary filter 14 (formed with a round hole with a diameter of IIIm) as a substitute for the baffle plate 13 provided in the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. This is what I did. The configuration of the basic mechanical parts is the same as that in the first and second embodiments, so the explanation thereof will be omitted. Further, since the operating method is the same as that of the second embodiment, only the effect of the secondary filter 14 will be explained.

In the water supply process, turbulence occurs in the flow of cleaning water toward the suction lower due to the suction of the cleaning pump 2, and in the flow of cleaning water due to the stoppage of the cleaning pump 2, and the remaining food 12 that is in close contact with the main filter 5a mainly on the surface of the filter 5 is disturbed. Similar to the second embodiment, stirring is performed to separate the leftover food 12 from the main filter 53, and a portion of the leftover food 12 is flushed into the sub-filter 5b.

In this embodiment, the secondary filter 14 prevents the circulation of not only leftover food the size of a grain of rice but also leftover food smaller than that to the cleaning pump 2, so that the leftover food is stored in the second embodiment. In addition to being discharged more efficiently, recontamination and odors caused by leftover food can be significantly reduced.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention allows leftovers to be collected in a concentrated manner in a specific part of the filter, for example, near the drain port, by improving the operating method. Therefore, after the cleaning operation is completed, the leftover food remains concentrated in one place on the filter, which gives a good appearance and a sense of cleanliness, and is also easy to clean up. The present invention discharges some of the leftover food on the filter surface, for example, those smaller than a grain of rice, to reduce the amount of leftover food and make it sanitary, while also preventing re-contamination and odor caused by leftover food. This is something that can be reduced. In addition, not only does it look good and clean up is easy, but even if you forget to clean the filter, the cleaning pump will be supplied with the necessary cleaning water because there will be leftovers on the filter during the next cleaning operation. To provide an easy-to-use dishwasher that does not cause the problem of poor cleaning.
