部ヲサイドレールのウェブに固着された捩り剛性が小さ
い開断面のアリゲータ型部材によって形成され、かつ上
記リヤサスにンション装着部分の前後一組のクロスメン
バが、上記サイドレールの内側に装入されてそのウェブ
に固着され懸架リーフスプリング用ブラケットの補強板
を兼ねた断面形状が溝型をなす大型がセットの上下フラ
ンジに、夫々の上下7ランジを固着された溝型部材から
形成されたことを特徴とし、構造簡単で部品点数が少な
くかつ軽量で、しかも耐久性及び信頼性が優れた車台フ
レームを安価に提供し得る利点がある。

ロスメンバを除く中間のクロスメンバのうち、リヤサス
ペンション装着部分以外の中間クロスメンバが、両端部
をサイドレールのウェブに固着された捩り剛性が小さい
開断面のアリゲータ型部材によって形成され、かつ上記
リヤサスペンション装着部分の前後一組のクロスメンバ
が、上記サイドレールの内側に装入されてそのウェブに
固着され懸架リーフスプリング用ブラケットの補強板を
兼ねた断面形状が溝型をなす大型ガセットの上下フラン
ジに、夫夫の上下フランジを固着された溝型部材から形
成されたことを特徴とするトラック用車台フレーム。
