発達して来たことに着目し、本発明は口腔内の顎
形態とほぼ同一のサイズを求め、後は補床作業を
自分でも行えるようにすることにより各種咬合及
び形態のサイズを改正することを可能ならしめて
上述した欠点を解消することを目的とし、その特
徴とするところは有床義歯床の上下顎の咬合を調
製して製作したものをマスターモデルとし、人工
歯部と頬側部および口蓋側部または舌側部とにア
ンダーカツト部を残さないように上記マスターモ
デルを分割した有床義歯床の分割体に合わせて金
型を製作し、その金型を用いて分割体を合成樹脂
により射出成形し、その後合成樹脂製分割体であ
る人工歯部と頬側部および口蓋側部または舌側部
とを接着などにより一体化して有床義歯床の原型
体を製作し、その原型体に補床剤を付着すると共
に、口腔内に装着しかつ直接的に試適した後その
補床剤のはみ出し部分を除去することであり、射
出成形人工歯の精度を利用して、人工歯の歯冠底
部人工歯根部と床側に設けられた人工歯根窩部分
を接着剤で接合する事によつて床部分の大量生産
を可能とした。

着しかつ直接的に試適するか機能咬合機上に再現
された顎運動を備えた模型上で試適した後その補
床剤のはみ出し部分を除去してなるため、印象お
よび石膏型の製作などの中間処理の問題を解消す
るとともに口腔内において直接的又は間接的にも
試適が可能なため、量産による既格品を用いて臨
床的適合性に優れた有床義歯床が製作できること
になる。すなわち精度の優れた射出成形によつて
製造された既製人工歯を利用して床部分の大量生
産を可能とし、その人工歯部既製人工床部とを一
体化しかつ直接的に補床するようになしたから学
理的に優れた有床義歯床を比較的安価にかつ能率
的に得られる効果を有する。
