Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a temporary definition tooth, and more particularly to a temporary definition tooth formed by detachably connecting a plurality of dentures constituting an upper dentition and a lower dentition.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in the manufacture of complete dentures, the process begins with taking an impression of the patient's upper and lower jaw molds, then forms a working model with plaster based on this mold, and uses an occlusal floor using resin or wax on the working model. The process of forming (waxing), the occlusal floor inserted into the patient's oral cavity, the occlusal sampling process of adjusting the occlusion and lip swelling by adjusting the wax thickness of the occlusal floor, occlusion of artificial teeth Steps for embedding one by one in the floor, steps for engraving and shaping wax on the occlusal floor into a gum shape, forming a wax denture, inserting a wax denture into the patient's mouth, adjusting the arrangement of artificial teeth, flask Placing the wax denture inside and hardening it with gypsum; heating the flask to melt the wax of the wax denture to form a cavity in the gypsum; pouring a gum colored resin into the cavity and polymerizing it Denture from the flask Extraction, the step of shaping the details by grinding or polishing or the like is performed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is the degree of occlusion between the upper, lower, front, rear, left and right teeth that determines the final feeling of wearing the complete denture. If this does not match exactly, the patient will feel uncomfortable, and in the worst case it will be remade Need arises.
However, since the conventional manufacturing process is a method of adjusting the occlusion by applying the occlusal floor (made of wax) roughly formed on the work model as described above to the oral cavity of the patient, Errors due to thermal deformation of the wax are likely to occur, and even a skilled person cannot accurately reflect the shape of the patient's oral cavity in the final shape of the denture.
Further, since artificial teeth are not planted on the occlusal floor at the time of occlusal collection, it is difficult to confirm the actual wearing feeling, and it was not suitable to determine the degree of wrinkles around the mouth.
As mentioned above, the problems in manufacturing the complete denture have been pointed out, but the same applies to the manufacturing process of the partial denture.
[0004]
The present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and provides a tool capable of easily manufacturing a precision denture that accurately reflects the shape of the patient's oral cavity. With the goal.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the temporary provisional tooth for the upper jaw according to claim 1 is made of a transparent plastic, and is provided on the upper floor portion serving as a foundation when applying the impression material, and on the peripheral portion of the upper jaw floor portion. and upper jaw for Yukaen site consisting of connected soft material, and a fourteen artificial teeth embedded in the floor portion for the upper jaw, the upper jaw floor site, protrusions and non contact with the palate in the wall of a patient There is a concave part in contact with the tooth jaw, and a resection line is formed in the upper floor part, and this resection line separates the artificial teeth formed so as to cross between the artificial teeth. And a second resection line for separating each artificial tooth formed along the root of each artificial tooth from the maxillary floor region .
Further, the temporary defined tooth for the lower jaw according to claim 2 is made of transparent plastic, and includes a lower jaw floor portion serving as a foundation for applying the impression material, and a soft material connected to a peripheral portion of the lower jaw floor portion. and Yukaen site for the lower jaw comprising, a fourteen artificial teeth embedded in the floor portion for the lower jaw, the floor part for the lower jaw is provided with a recess which is in contact with the edentulous jaw of the patient, for the lower jaw A resection line is formed in the floor portion, and the resection line is formed so as to separate each artificial tooth formed so as to cross between each artificial tooth, and a root portion of each artificial tooth. It is characterized by comprising a second resection line for separating the artificial teeth formed along the lower jaw floor region .
[0006]
By applying an impression material to the contact surface of the floor portion of the temporary defined tooth and crimping it to the inner wall surface of the patient's oral cavity, the shape of the inner wall surface of the oral cavity can be accurately copied.
At this time, since the floor portion constitutes the foundation (base) of the occlusal floor, the thickness of the impression material itself can be reduced accordingly, and the amount of thermal deformation in the subsequent process can be minimized. This will contribute to the final accuracy improvement of the denture.
In addition, since the floor portion is preliminarily provided with artificial teeth, it becomes easier for the patient to imagine the final feeling of wearing the denture and biting, and high-precision adjustment is possible at the initial stage of the manufacturing process.
Since each artificial tooth can be separated in any number of units by the above resection line, it can be applied not only to the production of complete dentures, but also to the production of partial dentures. It can also be used as an auxiliary tool.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the provisionally defined tooth according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
This temporary definition tooth is roughly classified into a temporary provisional tooth 10 for the upper jaw shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and a temporary definition tooth 12 for the lower jaw shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
First, the temporary provisional tooth 10 for the upper jaw is connected and fixed to the floor portion 14 for the upper jaw made of a transparent resin, the floor portion 14 for the upper jaw made of a soft resin joined to the peripheral portion of the floor portion 14, and the floor portion 14. 14 artificial teeth (comprised of a shell or the like) 18.
The floor portion 14 includes a convex portion 20 that contacts the inner wall surface of the palate of the patient, and a pair of concave portions 22 and 22 that contact the edentulous jaw.
[0008]
A cut line 24 for separating the artificial teeth 18 is formed in the floor portion 14.
The excision line 24 is formed by providing thin portions in the floor portion 14 at regular intervals. For example, when the thickness of the floor portion 14 is 1 mm, a concave portion (thin portion) having a depth of 0.5 mm is formed in a dotted line shape. Alternatively, the perforation line 24 may be formed by forming a perforation in the floor portion 14.
In addition, the resection line 24 is divided into a first resection line 24 a that crosses between the artificial teeth 18 and a second resection line 24 b that is formed along the boundary between the root of each artificial tooth 18 and the floor portion 14. Is done.
[0009]
The mandibular temporary definition tooth 12 is also connected and fixed to the floor part 26 made of transparent plastic, the floor part 26 for the lower jaw made of a soft resin joined to the peripheral edge of the floor part 26, and 14. And artificial teeth 18 of a book (consisting of a shell or the like).
The floor portion 26 includes a recess 30 that contacts the patient's edentulous jaw.
[0010]
Similarly to the upper temporary provisional tooth 10, an excision line 24 for separating each artificial tooth 18 is also formed in the lower jaw floor region 26.
Also in this case, the resection line 24 is divided into a first resection line 24a that crosses between the artificial teeth 18 and a second resection line 24b that is formed along the boundary between the root portion and the floor portion of each artificial tooth. It is divided.
[0011]
A plurality of types of temporary defining teeth 10 for the upper jaw and temporary defining teeth 12 for the lower jaw are prepared in advance, such as LL, L, M, S, and SS, having different sizes and shapes according to the age and sex of the patient.
[0012]
Hereinafter, a method of using the temporary definition teeth 10 and 12 will be described.
First, at the time of manufacturing a complete denture, an impression material (wax) is thinly coated on the upper surface of the upper temporary provisional tooth 10 and the lower surface of the lower temporary provisional tooth 12 to be attached to the upper and lower jaws of the patient.
Then, the positional relationship is finely adjusted while checking the patient's wearing feeling and occlusion, and once fixed at the optimum position, it is taken out from the oral cavity.
Next, the molded impression material is removed from the upper temporary provisional tooth 10 and the lower temporary provisional tooth 12. After that, a normal denture manufacturing process such as formation of an occlusal bed and embedding of artificial teeth is performed based on this mold, and a final complete denture is obtained.
[0013]
As mentioned above, the temporary provisional tooth 10 for the upper jaw and the temporary definition tooth 12 for the lower jaw serve as a foundation, so that the patient's mold can be accurately transferred even if the impression material in contact with the inner surface of the oral cavity of the patient is relatively thin. Is possible.
[0014]
A specific artificial tooth 18 can be excised from the upper temporary provisional tooth 10 or the lower temporary provisional tooth 12 to apply partial dentures.
For example, FIG. 5 shows a state in which the left and right back teeth of the temporary mandibular teeth 12 for the lower jaw are left and other artificial teeth 18 are cut along the resection line 24. In this case, the left and right back teeth 18 are connected by the remaining portions 26a and 28a of the floor portion and the floor edge portion, and maintain unity.
On the other hand, FIG. 6 shows a state in which the four artificial teeth 18 are connected and separated from the floor portion 26 of the temporary temporary defining tooth 12.
[0015]
The pattern of separation is not limited to the above, and it is also possible to partially cut the artificial tooth 18 and use the remaining floor region and floor edge region.
FIG. 7 shows an example of the usage method. After the artificial teeth 18 for two pieces are separated from the temporary temporary teeth 12 for the lower jaw together with the surrounding floor portion 26 and the floor edge portion 28, the artificial teeth 18 are excised and the remaining teeth are removed. The floor part 26b and the floor edge part 28b are attached between two natural teeth 32 of the patient.
In this case, the floor part 26b and the floor edge part 28b function as artificial gums, and since the floor part 26b itself is transparent, it is useful for confirming the direction of the tooth axis when the implant 34 is set up.
[0016]
FIG. 8 shows another method of use, in which four artificial teeth 18 are separated from the mandibular temporary defining teeth 12 together with the peripheral floor portion 26 and the floor edge portion 28, and then the floor portions around the artificial teeth at both ends. 26 and the floor edge portion 28 are excised, and a fitting recess 36 is formed inside the artificial teeth at both ends.
In this case, by attaching the fitting recess 36 to the two core teeth 40 for mounting the bridge formed on the lower jaw 38 of the patient, it can be used as a temporary definition tooth at the time of bridge formation.
[0017]
The temporary definition teeth 10 and 12 according to the present invention can be used as a connection until a new denture is completed when the denture user loses the original denture for some reason.
In this case, it is desirable that the upper surface of the upper temporary provisional tooth 10 or the lower surface of the lower temporary provisional tooth 12 is filled with a rebase material, and the attachment position is finely adjusted by the dentist's hand.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
In the temporary definition tooth according to the present invention, since the floor portion constitutes the base (base) of the occlusal floor, the thickness of the impression material itself can be reduced accordingly, and the amount of thermal deformation in the subsequent process is minimized. It becomes possible to suppress to. As a result, the final accuracy of the denture can be greatly improved.
In addition, since the floor portion is preliminarily provided with artificial teeth, it becomes easier for the patient to imagine the final feeling of wearing the denture and biting, and high-precision adjustment is possible at the initial stage of the manufacturing process.
Furthermore, each artificial tooth can be separated by any number of units by cutting line, so it can be applied not only to the manufacture of complete dentures, but also to partial dentures. It can also be used as an auxiliary tool.
