熱処理炉の縦断面図及び横断面図であり、同一符
号は第１図及び第２図と同一部材を示す。図中：
１：炉側壁、２：抵抗発熱体、３：カバー、４：
熱風流通空間、５：炉天井、６：インナーフアン
、７：被熱物、８：台車、９：熱風測温用熱電対
。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 熱処理炉両側壁１に複数列の抵抗発熱体２群
を配設し、該発熱体２群をそれぞれ上下が解放状
でかつ水平断面がコの字状のカバー３で包囲して
熱風流通空間４を形成し、該流通空間４上方にイ
ンナーフアン６を炉天井５に配設したことを特徴
とするバツチ式熱処理炉。 ２ 前記インナーフアン６の中心軸の設置位置が
次の関係式： Ｌ＋ｌ＞Ｄ＞Ｌ２＋ｌ 上式において、Ｄ：カバー長辺部と炉側壁間距
離、 Ｌ：インナーフアン羽根の直径、 ｌ：インナーフアン羽根端部と炉
側壁間の距離、 の範囲内にある請求項１記載のバツチ式熱処理炉
。
