上曲部を当該上曲部と下曲部の間の中央部に対し
て上記上方側に上曲加工すると共に上記所定方向
の他端側の上記下曲部を上記中央部に対して上記
下方側に下曲加工することにより上記ワークを上
下曲加工するようプレス加工する為のプレス装置
のプレス型に於いて; 上記ワーク1の上曲部3の下面1bに当接せし
められて上曲パンチ12と共に上記ワーク1の上
曲部3を上曲加工する為の上曲ダイ10と、上記
ワーク1の中央部2の位置で上記上曲ダイ10に
対して、所定の上下動幅△Dで上下動せしめられ
て、上記ワーク1の中央部2を上方から付勢して
下降Dせしめることにより、上記ワーク1の上曲
部3を上曲加工する為の上曲パンチ12と、上記
ワーク1の中央部2を下方から付勢すると共に、
上記上曲パンチ12により付勢されて上記ワーク
1の中央部2と共に下降Dせしめられることによ
り上記ワーク1の上曲加工及び下曲加工を可能に
する為のノツクアウト・下曲ダイ11と、上記ワ
ーク1の下曲部4の位置で、上記上曲パンチ12
が上記ワーク1の上曲部3を上曲加工するべく下
降Dすると同時に下降D′せしめられると共に上
記上曲パンチ12の上下動幅△Dに比して大な上

なつて上記下曲パンチ13を下方に付勢する為の
作用点39を有する下曲パンチ上下動用カム14
を有して成ることを特徴とする上下曲加工用プレ
