Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 素体に多数の貫通孔を開口させ両開口面に
電極を形成した正特性サーミスタと、前記正特性
サーミスタの開口面における面内抵抗を測定して
前記正特性サーミスタの異常を検知する異常検知
装置とを備えることを特徴とするサーミスタ装置
。 (2) 前記異常検知装置は、前記正特性サーミス
タの開口面の中央部付近に設定された第１の検出
端と、開口面の外周付近に設定された第２の検出
端と、前記検出端間における前記開口面の面内抵
抗を測定して異常を検知する検知回路とを有する
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。
