られ前記止めピンと係合すると共にハンドルの回
転によつてハンドルを額縁枠の締付け方向に向つ
て移動させる傾斜部をもつたストツパー金具、前
記本体枠に設けられハンドルの回転を阻止する係
止部材を有し、ハンドルと係合状態となつた位置
で本体枠に固定されるハンドルストツパとを具備
