Claims (1)
- 圧電体からなる基板上に、電気信号を弾性表面
波に変換するとともに、該変換の逆の変換を行な
う電極部と、前記弾性表面波を反射する反射器と
を具備する弾性表面波素子において、前記弾性表
面波の伝播方向に垂直な方向について、前記反射
器の長さが、前記電極部の長さより長いことを特
徴とする弾性表面波素子。
