Generally, in a device in which a large number of strip-shaped panels are arranged in series, all the strip-shaped panels P 1 ,
P 2 , P 3 ..., as completely shown for P 2 , are provided with a fitting edge 1 at one end in the width direction, and have a shape that allows the fitting edge to be fitted to the other end. They shall be of the same shape and structure with matching grooves 2, and after fixing the first strip panel P 1 to the field edge or other base material 3 with screws 4 1 or nails, the next strip panel P 2 is fitted. The joint edge 1 is inserted into the fitting groove 2 of the strip panel P1.
Fit and lock the strip panel and tighten the other end of the strip panel with screw 4.
2, etc., and in the same manner, other strip panels P 3 are successively fitted and locked to form a series of strip panels to form a ceiling surface or a wall surface.

After removing everything and completing wiring work, etc., a large number of strip panels had to be reattached, which had the disadvantage of being extremely time-consuming. In order to save time and effort, strip panels at the required locations are dismantled and replaced with strip panels of a different shape after wiring work is completed, but this has the disadvantage of impairing the uniformity of the appearance.

ネルの取付け装置を紹介した。 In the specification of the earlier application, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present applicant has proposed that the band-shaped panel Pb at a desired position be fitted at one end in the width direction, as shown in FIG. A fitting edge 5 for continuous connection is provided, and a continuous connection edge 6 is provided on the back side of the other end in the width direction to extend in the movement direction of the band panel Pb in the width direction when the band panel is fitted and connected.
A fitting portion 8 is provided at a position corresponding to the connecting edge 6 in the attached state of Pb, into which the connecting edge 6 is fitted by movement in the width direction of the band-like panel when the band-shaped panel Pb is connected and fitted. By configuring the locking member 7 to be attached to the base material 3, it is possible to remove the strip panel Pb attached at a desired position by simply moving it in the width direction and open a desired location on the ceiling or wall surface. We also introduced a band-shaped panel installation device that can be reattached by simply closing the opening with the same band-shaped panel Pb and moving the band-shaped panel in the opposite direction.

In order to allow movement in the width direction for installation or removal, there are some gaps between the fitting edge 5 and the fitting groove 2 and between the connecting edge 6 and the fitting part 8, respectively. It is necessary. However, when this panel mounting device is used, for example, in heavy traffic vibration areas such as near airports along railway lines, or during earthquakes in other areas, the above-mentioned gap may cause vibrations in the strip panel, especially microvibrations and other vibrations. This may cause accompanying noise.

However, depending on how the vibration isolating member is installed, the presence of the vibration isolating member may impair the smooth installation of the strip panel, or the gap between the removable strip panel and the adjacent strip panel. There is a problem that vibration or noise may be generated.

As mentioned above, this invention is a panel mounting device that allows strip panels at desired positions to be easily removed and reattached, and includes a locking member and a vibration isolating member that prevent the strip panels from generating vibration and noise. It is an object of the present invention to prevent vibration and noise generation between a removable strip panel and an adjacent strip panel without hindering the smoothness of mounting the strip panel.

is a conventional strip-shaped panel (hereinafter simply referred to as a panel) similar to the strip-shaped panels P 1 to P 3 shown in FIG. I support it. Pb is a panel that can be attached removably, and has a fitting edge 5 on one end in the width direction that fits into the fitting groove 2 of the conventional panel Pa, and on the back side of the other end in the width direction. A fitting groove extends in the direction of the one end, that is, in the moving direction when fitting the fitting edge 5 of the panel Pb to the panel Pa (moving direction in the panel width direction), and is provided between the fitting groove and the back surface of the panel Pb. A continuous edge 6 forming a 19 is provided.

It has a and is a long object. Then, the locking member 7A abuts the fixing part 9 on the base material 3 at a position corresponding to the connecting edge 6 when the panel Pb is fitted and connected to the panel Pa, and is fixed with a screw 11 or the like, and the fitting part 8a is oriented in a direction opposite to the extending direction of the continuous edge 6.

When panel Pb is moved in the direction of panel Pa, corresponding to the fitting portions 8a of member 7A,
The fitting edge 5 and the vibration isolating member vpm 1 are fitted into the fitting groove 2 to connect the panels Pa and Pb together, and the connecting edge 6 is fitted into the fitting part 8a of the locking member 7A. The panel Pb is fixed to the base material 3.

Therefore, relative vibration between panels Pa and Pb is prevented.

The clip is made of a spring clip, and has locking claws 15, 16 cut and raised on the inside of the gripping part to prevent the clip from coming off. 17 and 18, and the clamping portion 12 is pushed into the groove 19 between the connecting edge 6 and the panel surface, whereby the panel can be easily removed from the locking member 7A. This prevents the panel Pb from coming off, and also prevents vibration between the other end edge 6 of the panel Pb and the locking member 7A.

As described above, the panel mounting device according to this invention has the following features: when the fitting portion 8 of the locking member 7 is fitted into the fitting groove 19 of the strip panel Pb, the fitting groove 19 of the strip panel Pb is fitted. Insert the fitting edge 5 at one end in the width direction into the fitting groove 2 of the existing panel Pa, and fit into the fitting part 8 of the locking member 7 into the fitting groove 19 at the other end in the width direction of the panel Pb. Panel Pb can be easily attached by simply moving the attached U-shaped vibration isolating member VPM 2 in a predetermined direction to insert it.

Since the second vibration isolating member is interposed between the joint edge, traffic vibrations and factory vibrations are doubly avoided not only between the panel Pb and the locking member 7, but also between the locking member and the adjacent panel Pc. Vibrations caused by vibrations or earthquakes are prevented, and therefore noise generation due to vibrations is also effectively prevented.

This prevents the panel from falling off and getting lost when the panel is removed, making it possible to smoothly remove and reinstall the panel.
