Claims (1)
液圧室の液圧力をピストンのピストンロツドを介
して外部に伝達する液圧アクチユエータの液漏洩
検出装置であつて、前記ピストンロツドが貫通す
るシリンダの貫通孔内にピストンロツドの軸方向
に離間するよう装着された一対のシール部材と、
貫通孔内で一対のシール部材間に画成された軸封
室内の圧力変化を検出する圧力検出手段と、を備
え、前記一対のシール部材のうち一方を通して前
記液圧室から軸封室内に液が漏洩したとき、軸封
室内の圧力変化から液の漏洩を検出することを特
徴とする液圧アクチユエータの液漏洩検出装置。 (2) 前記軸封室内に所定圧力の流体を導入し、
前記一対のシール部材のうちいずれにおいて液の
漏洩が発生しても前記軸封室内の圧力が変化する
