Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide non-slip function for the surface of a wooden floor material by a method in which a finely uneven surface is formed on the surface of a wooden base material, a soft resin is coated on the uneven surface to fill up the recessions, and a hard paint layer is then formed on the soft resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A finely uneven surface is formed on the surface of a wooden base material 1, and a soft resin 6 is coated on the surface to pack the recessions 5 being formed. A hard paint film 2 is formed on the resin 6 layer. The corresponding portion of the recessions 5 is made to become easily indented partly by external forces in order to obtain non-slip surface for pedestrian. Both non-slip function and slight cushioning action can thus be exhibited.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, after the surface of a wood base material is subjected to fine irregularities [step (b) in FIG. 4], a hard coating layer 2 is formed on the surface [FIG. 4(b)]. (c) Process] Methods for surface treatment of wooden flooring materials are known. In the conventional example, the wooden base material 1 is made by pasting a surface veneer 4 on the surface of the composite Fj, 3, and the surface of the surface veneer 4 is subjected to a floating process (
Fine irregularities are applied to the surface of a wood veneer with a wood grain pattern by brushing, sanding, etc. to bring out the hard wood grain, sandblasting, etc. However, in the conventional example,
The hard coating layer 2 is applied to the recesses 5 formed by the uneven processing.
The hard resin that makes up the hard coating layer 2 is filled with
Since the surface remains hard and smooth, the wooden flooring manufactured by the conventional method is extremely slippery when bare feet or wearing socks, especially when water adheres to the surface. If it is, there is a risk of slipping and falling, the non-slip function is hardly achieved, and the feeling of walking is not good.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention applies fine unevenness processing to the surface of a wooden base material, and then applies the recesses formed by the above-mentioned unevenness processing to the surface. This is a method for surface treatment of wooden flooring material, which is characterized by coating a soft resin so as to be filled with the resin and forming a hard coating layer thereon.

In the present invention, after the surface of the wooden base material is subjected to fine unevenness processing, a soft resin is applied to the surface so as to fill the recesses formed by the above-mentioned unevenness processing, and then To,
Since it forms a hard coating layer, in the wooden flooring material manufactured according to the present invention, the portions of the surface of the hard coating layer corresponding to the recesses filled with the soft resin are partially damaged by external force. It is easily dented, and when walking, due to the formation of the partial dents, it is difficult to slip, and the non-slip function is effectively exhibited. Moreover, it has a slight cushioning property and has a good walking feeling. .

The surface treatment method for wooden flooring shown in FIG. 1 is an embodiment of the present invention, in which the surface of the wooden base material 1 is subjected to fine unevenness processing [step (b) in FIG. 1], and then the surface is , a soft resin 6 is applied so as to fill the recesses 5 formed by the above-mentioned uneven processing [step (C) in FIG. 1], and a hard coating layer 2 is formed thereon [see FIG. 1]. (d) process]. In this embodiment, the wooden base material 1 is made by pasting a surface veneer 4 with a thickness of 0.5 or more on the surface of a plywood 3, and the surface of the surface veneer 4 is subjected to a floating process. (A process in which the surface of a wood veneer with a wood grain pattern is brushed or sumpped to bring out the hard wood grain), and finely textured by sandblasting or the like. The soft resin 6 is a soft urethane resin, and is coated with a roll coater. The hard coating layer 2 is formed by applying a hard polyester UV paint using a flow coater. Therefore, in the wooden flooring material manufactured according to this example, as shown in FIG.
The part corresponding to the recess 5 filled with is easily dented partially by external force, and when walking, it is difficult to slip due to the formation of the partial dent, and the non-slip function is effectively exhibited. It has cushioning properties and feels good when walking.

In addition, in the present invention, solid wood or the like may be used as the wooden base material 1, and rubber-based resin or other soft synthetic resin containing a large amount of plasticizer may be used as the soft resin 6. Alternatively, the hard coating layer 2 may be formed by coating with a roll coater, or the recess 5 may be filled with a soft resin 6 as shown in FIG. It is also possible to apply only a single coat of paint.

As described above, in the method for surface treatment of wooden flooring of the present invention, after the surface of the wooden base material is processed with fine irregularities, the surface is filled with a material that fills the recesses formed by the uneven processing. Since a soft resin is applied to the surface of the floor and a hard paint film layer is formed on top of the soft resin, the surface of the hard paint film layer is not filled with the soft resin in the wooden flooring material manufactured according to the present invention. The parts corresponding to the recesses are easily dented partially by external force, and when walking, the formation of the partial dents makes it difficult to slip, effectively exhibiting the non-slip function, and also has some cushioning properties. It has a good walking feel.
