）、サンドブラスト加工等により微細な凹凸加工が施さ
れるものである。しかしながら、該従来例においては、
凹凸加工により形成された凹所５にまで、硬質塗膜層２
を構成する硬質樹脂が充瞑されてしまい、硬質塗膜層２
の表面が硬くて平滑状態のままとなるため、該従来例に
より製作された木質床材においては、素足或いは靴下を
履いている場合には、極めて滑り易く、特に、表面に水
が付着している場合には、滑って転倒する危険性を有す
るものであって、ノンスリップ機能は、はとんど果され
ないものであり、しがも、歩行感も良くないものであっ

形成された凹所５に充填されるように、軟質樹脂６を塗
装し〔第１図（Ｃ）工程〕、その上に、硬質塗膜層２を
形成する〔第１図（ｄ）工程〕ものである。該実施例に
おいて、木質基材１は、合板３の表面に、０，５龍厚以
上の表面単板４を貼着してなるものであり、該表面単板
４の表面に、浮造り加工（木目模様を有する木質単板の
表面に、ブラッシング或いはサンプ等を施して、硬質の
木目部分を浮き出す加工）、サンドブラスト加工等によ
り微細な凹凸加工が施されるものである。軟質樹脂６は
、軟質ウレタン樹脂であり、ロールコータ〜によって塗
装されるものである。又、硬質塗膜層２は、硬質のポリ
エステル系ＵＶ塗料がフローコーターにより塗布される
ことにより、形成されるものである。したがって、該実
施例により製作された木質床材においては、第２図に示
す如（、その硬質塗膜層２の表面において、軟質樹脂６
が充填された凹所５に対応する部分が外力によって部分
的に凹み易いものであり、歩行時に、前記部分的な凹み
の発生により滑り難く、ノンスリップ機能が効果的に発
揮され、しかも、若干のクツション性を有していて、歩

の発生により滑り難く、ノンスリップ機能が効果的に発
揮され、しかも、若干のクツション性を有していて、歩
