In this case, the hard particles 3 are added to the paint 4 and the paint 4 is applied onto the surface 2 of the floor base material 1 using a flow coater. It is usually manufactured for use in shops and other floors where shoes can be walked on, and it is manufactured with emphasis on providing wear resistance rather than non-slip function. Hard granules 3 such as alumina, which are commonly used as consumable materials, are not spherical, so when they are added to the paint 4 for painting, there are manufacturing problems, especially problems when painting with a flow coater. Only fine hard particles 3 can be used, and the amount added is also limited. Therefore, as shown in FIG. They are extremely slippery and pose a risk of slipping and falling, especially if water is attached to the surface, and the non-slip function is currently not fully realized. be.

Therefore, even if hard granules such as alumina, which are commonly used as wear-resistant materials, are used, there will be no manufacturing problems, especially when painting with a flow coater, and the large particle size of hard granules will not occur. It is possible to use a large amount of the hard granules, and the top coat is applied along the hard granules. It is possible to create a state in which there are many relatively large unevenness,
This provides a flooring material that effectively exhibits a non-slip function and also has improved abrasion resistance.

) process]. The floor base material 1 is made by pasting a surface veneer on plywood, and the upper surface of the surface veneer, that is, the surface 2 of the floor base material 1, is subjected to the following base treatment as usual. It is something that will be done. That is, fabric sanding treatment, sealing treatment, undercoating treatment, and sanding treatment are sequentially performed. Next, an intermediate coating process [Fig. 1 (a) step] is performed using a roll coater. In this intermediate coating process, a highly adhesive intermediate coating material 6 is used and is sprayed onto it. A large number of hard particles 3 are held therein. As the hard particles 3, alumina, which is commonly used as a wear-resistant material, is used. The top coating 5 is a polyester-based UV coating, and is applied along the hard granular material 3 using a flow coater. Therefore, in this embodiment, after the hard granules 3 are sprinkled on the surface 2 of the floor base material 1, the top coat 5 is applied thereon.
Hard granules 3 are not added to the paint for painting, so hard granules 3 such as alumina, which is commonly used as a wear-resistant material, are used.
Even if the hard particles 3 are used, there are no manufacturing problems, especially when painting with a flow coater, and large amounts of large particles can be used as the hard particles 3. 5 is applied along the hard granular material 3, and therefore, as shown in FIG. 3 has a large number of relatively large irregularities covered with the top coat 5, so that the non-slip function is effectively exhibited and the abrasion resistance is also improved.

When treating the surface 2 of the floor base material 1, the intermediate coating treatment in the above embodiment may be omitted, that is, the intermediate coating 6 may not be applied, and even in this case, The scattered hard granules 3 are retained by the top coat 5. Moreover, in the present invention,
In the case of the above embodiment, the hard particles 3 have a particle size of 40 to
It is best to use particles with a particle size of 300μ, but it is optimal to use particles with a particle size of 150 to 200μ, and the amount of spraying should be 50 to 200g/m, but 70μ It is optimal if the amount of spraying is ~100g/rd, and the amount of topcoat 5 is 50~2

A coating amount of 100 g/n is optimal.

After hard granules are sprinkled on the surface of the floor base material, a top coat is applied on top of it, and as the hard granules are not added to the paint as in the past, it is commonly used as a wear-resistant material. The top coat is applied along the hard granules, so that the surface of the paint film has many relatively large irregularities where the hard granules are covered with the top coat. It is possible to obtain a flooring material that effectively exhibits a non-slip function and has improved abrasion resistance. It can withstand use on other floors suitable for footwear.
