Abstract

PURPOSE:To make clean cooking possible without using a water receiving pan by providing a gridiron on which a material to be cooked is set, and a receiving pan for burnt juice from the material to be cooked, at the lower part of a heating case, and further by providing a reservoir for burnt juice and the like at a part of as receiving pan and a cooling means for cooling the reservoir. 気との間の熱伝達率は極めて小さく、また自然対流によ
る空気流量も限られていることから、受皿全体を冷却す
るにはその効果はあまり大きくはなかった。

接合している。また、受皿4は溜部10へ焼汁が流れ易
い様に傾斜をもっている。
