    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円盤状のステータの中央部を基板に固定すると
    ともに外周部に圧電体を接着し、この圧電体を２
    組に区分してそれぞれに互いに９０°位相差のあ
    る駆動用高周波電圧を印加して進行波を発生させ
    、ステータの他の面に圧接したロータを進行波に
    より回転させるようにした超音波モータにおいて
    、ステータの厚肉の外周部からステータの中央部
    に向つて漸次薄肉となる形状に形成したことを特
    徴とする超音波モータ。
