Claims (1)
子の他方の面に圧電素子を設けて進行波を発生さ
せることによりロータを回転できるようにした超
音波モータにおいて、固定子の外周に保持用張出
部を設け、その保持用張出部をリング状突条を介
して基板に保持させたことを特徴とする超音波モ
ータ。 (2) 固定子の保持用張出部がリング状突条で保
持される部分を、その半径方向内周側より厚肉に
