するための図であり、第１図はその断面側面図、
第２図はそのダストカバー本体を示す斜視図、第
３図はそのシール溝部分を示す要部断面図、第４
図は従来のダストカバー構造を説明するための断
面図である。
図において、１はフロアパネル（パネル）、１
ａは開口、２はステアリングシヤフト、４はステ
アリングギヤボツクス、７はダストカバー本体、
７ａは下端部、７ｂはシール部（上端部）、７ｃ
は嵌合支持部、９はシール溝である。

からなる筒状のダストカバー本体で囲み、該ダス
トカバー本体の下端部を上記ステアリングギヤボ
ツクスに水密に固定し、上端部をステアリングシ
ヤフトの外周面に摺接させるとともに、該ダスト
カバー本体の外周面に上記開口周縁に嵌合するシ
ール溝を有する嵌合支持部を一体形成したことを
特徴とするステアリングシヤフトのダストカバー
