接続されたバツテリの残余電荷を放電する放電負
荷と、前記バツテリを充電する充電回路と、前記
バツテリの電圧が残余電荷の放電によつて終止電
圧まで低下したことを検出する終止電圧検出回路
と、該終止電圧検出回路の検出信号により該バツ
テリから前記放電負荷に至る回路を開き前記充電
回路に至る回路を閉じる回路切換手段とを備えた
