Claims (1)
- 測定室内にそれぞれ適宜の間隔をおいて対向配
置された２つの磁極片からなる２組の測定極を適
宜の間隔をおいて設け、これらの測定極を交互に
励磁して前記磁極片間に交互に磁界を発生させる
とともに、これら磁極片間に測定ガスと比較ガス
とを流し、磁化率の差に基づいて発生する界面圧
力を圧力伝達路を介してコンデンサマイクロフオ
ン検出器の可動隔膜によつて仕切られた２つの検
出室に導入して、前記可動隔膜と固定電極との間
の静電容量の変化に基づいて測定ガスにおける酸
素濃度を検出するようにした磁気圧式酸素分析計
において、前記２組の測定極の間に形成された第
１の開口から測定室内に測定ガスを導入し、前記
２組の測定極のそれぞれの磁極片間を通過した測
定ガスを、前記２組の測定極を隔てて前記第１の
開口から遠くなる位置にそれぞれ設けられた第２
、第３の開口を介して前記測定室内から排出する
ようにしたことを特徴とする磁気圧式酸素分析計
。
