に係合して設けた内燃機関のシリンダヘツド部位
の断面図である。第５図は従来例を示し、シリン
ダヘツドに装着したピボツト受けの部分球面状窪
部にエンドピボツト式ロツカアームのピボツト軸
の部分球面状突部を揺動可能に係合して設けた内
燃機関のシリンダヘツド部位の断面図である。 図において、２は内燃機関、４はシリンダヘツ
ド、６はカムシヤフト、８はロツカシヤフト、１
０はシーソ式ロツカアーム、１２はエンドピボツ
ト式ロツカアーム、２０は排気バルブステム、２
２は排気バルブ、３０は部分球面状窪部、３２は
ピボツト軸、３４は部分球面状突部、４２は吸気
バルブステム、４４は吸気バルブ、５６は弾性ク
ランプ部材、５８はピボツト結合部、６０は絞り
部、６２はロツカシヤフト結合部、３４は折返し
部である。

    たエンドピボツト式ロツカアームにおいて、前記
    エンドピボツト式ロツカアームを前記ロツカシヤ
    フトに支持させるべく前記エンドピボツト式ロツ
    カアームのピボツト軸と前記ロツカシヤフトとを
    弾性結合する弾性クランプ部材を設けたことを特
    徴とするエンドピボツト式ロツカアームの支持構
    造。
