〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は外科装置に関する。
レーザエネルギを、オプティカルファイバ若しくは類似
の光学波ガイド装置を介して、軟弱組織若しくは器官に
伝達し、治療若しくは診断を行うことが必要な場合に利
用される医療装置がある。

- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、レーザ(1)及び放射のためレーザ(1)に連結さ
れる光学波ガイド(3)を具備し、該光学波ガイドは器
官に経皮挿入されるものであり、更に、前記光学波ガイ
ド端部を包囲する端部ピース(4)を具備した外科装置
において、光学波ガイドは端部ピースを介して延びてお
り、端部ピースの端面と面一となるように終端している
外科装置。 2、請求項1に記載の外科装置において、光学波ガイド
(13)を包囲する端部ピース(4)の少なくとも先端
は、レーザ波長において強い反射性をもつ材料より構成
される装置。 3、請求項1に記載の外科装置において、レーザは継続
