Claims (1)
- 非磁性体ケースと、前記ケース内に移動自在に
収容された永久磁石と、前記永久磁石の少なくと
も前記ケースの底面との間に被着された磁性流体
と、前記ケースの底部の外側に配置され、前記永
久磁石の磁気を感知する磁気感応素子と、前記磁
気感応素子を保持する保持部材と、前記ケース及
び保持部材を取付ける取付台とを備え、前記保持
部材の外周と取付台の内周とを摺動可能なはめあ
いの寸法にし、かつ前記保持部材に円周方向の溝
を設けるとともに前記取付台の胴部に調整窓を設
け、この調整窓を通して前記保持部材を移動させ
て前記ケースとの距離を調整するようにしたこと
を特徴とする傾斜センサ。
