液化ガスで熱交換され低温化した不活性ガスを凍
結容器内に排出する排出管を有する螺旋環状の熱
交換管を設けた凍結容器の内筒部内に配置した熱
交換装置と、被凍結原料を凍結容器内に噴出させ
る前記空間内に設けた原料噴霧ノズルとから成る
