Claims (1)
間に位置しかつ流路をわん曲させた仕切壁４とを
有する弁本体１と、上下動自在のスピンドル１２
の下端部に固定されたコンプレツサ１３と、該コ
ンプレツサ１３に固定され前記仕切壁４に圧接又
は離間されることにより流体の流れを遮断又は解
放するダイヤフラム８とを具備してなるダイヤフ
ラムバルブにおいて、前記ダイヤフラム８の、前
記仕切壁４及び前記弁本体１のフランジ面５に接
触する部分に、シール用の線状突起９及び環状突
起１０をそれぞれ一体的に設け、また前記弁本体
フランジ面５の、前記環状突起１０が接触する位
置の外側に環状溝６を設け、該環状溝６にシール
リング７を装着したことを特徴とするダイヤフラ
