間に位置しかつ流路をわん曲させた仕切壁4とを
有する弁本体1と、上下動自在のスピンドル12
の下端部に固定されたコンプレツサ13と、該コ
ンプレツサ13に固定され前記仕切壁4に圧接又
は離間されることにより流体の流れを遮断又は解
放するダイヤフラム8とを具備してなるダイヤフ
ラムバルブにおいて、前記ダイヤフラム8の、前
記仕切壁4及び前記弁本体1のフランジ面5に接
触する部分に、シール用の線状突起9及び環状突
起10をそれぞれ一体的に設け、また前記弁本体
フランジ面5の、前記環状突起10が接触する位
置の外側に環状溝6を設け、該環状溝6にシール
リング7を装着したことを特徴とするダイヤフラ
