フラツプ状ノズル群を設置すると共に、該フラツ
プ状ノズル群のその後部に、該フラツプ状ノズル
群と直交する方向にもう一つのフラツプ状ノズル
群を設置し、プリント基板に吹き付ける熱風の方
向を自由に変えるようにしてなることを特徴とす
るプリント基板の両面実装用リフロー半田付装置

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱風循環路を備えた加熱炉内におけるプリント
    基板の進路の両側を、水平な仕切板にて仕切るこ
    とにより上部加熱室と下部加熱室とを形成すると
    共に、該各加熱室内の前記プリント基板と向き合
    う位置に吹出口の方向を自由に変向できる多数の
    フラツプ状ノズル群を設置すると共に、該フラツ
    プ状ノズル群のその後部に、該フラツプ状ノズル
    群と直交する方向にもう一つのフラツプ状ノズル
    群を設置し、プリント基板に吹き付ける熱風の方
    向を自由に変えるようにしてなることを特徴とす
    るプリント基板の両面実装用半田付装置。
