オン・オフ状態が制御される第１及び第２ミユー
テイングトランジスタと、オーデイオ信号が伝送
されるオーデイオ信号路に挿入されるとともに、
前記第１ミユーテイングトランジスタのオン抵抗
との兼ね合いによりオーデイオ信号の減衰比を設
定する為の第１抵抗と、前記オーデイオ信号路に
挿入され、前記第１抵抗の後段に直列に接続され
るとともに、前記第２ミユーテイングトランジス
タのオン抵抗との兼ね合いによりオーデイオ信号
の減衰比を設定する為の第２抵抗とから成り、前
記第２ミユーテイングトランジスタに供給するベ
ース電流を前記第１ミユーテイングトランジスタ
に供給するベース電流に比べて小さくしたことを
