ムに搭載された受光素子と、前記発光素子と受光
素子との間に挿入された透光性の絶縁フイルムと
を備え、前記絶縁フイルムが発光素子および受光
素子により挟持され、該絶縁フイルムの両面に導
体パターンが形成され、導体パターンの一端が発
光素子および受光素子に夫々接続され、導体パタ
ーンの他端が発光側リードフレームおよび受光側
リードフレームに夫々接続されたことを特徴とす
