[Detailed description of the invention] <Industrial application field> The present invention is a flush toilet such as a so-called siphon type or siphon jet type that cleans by siphon action, more specifically, a flush toilet that cleans by siphon action. This relates to a drain channel that extends obliquely upward along the back side, makes a U-turn from a position higher than the water storage part, bends at a right angle at the bottom of the toilet bowl body, and connects to the drain port on the bottom surface of the toilet bowl body.

<Prior Art> Conventionally, in this type of flush toilet, as shown in FIG. 1, a part of the flushing water flows from the tip of the rim passageway 6', passes through the conduit 9', and exits the water fountain 10' in the form of a jet. By spraying water toward the inlet 4a' of the drainage channel 4', the washing water turns the drainage channel 4' into the U-turn section 1.
The water rises toward 2', makes a U-turn, and flows down violently, but since this U-turn part 12' and beyond is greatly bent, water mixed with air bubbles and becomes spray, flowing down the drain channel 4' at full capacity. This pushes out the air in the drain channel 4', and since the end of the drain channel 4' is bent at a right angle, a complete plug is formed at this portion 20 and the water flows out toward the drain port 11'. Therefore, the air remaining in front of the right angle portion 20 is also sucked out, and the inside of the drain channel 4' is finally completely filled with water, due to the difference in water head between the water level inside the ball portion 2' and the position of the drain port 11'. There are some things that cause a powerful siphon effect.

<Problem that the invention aims to solve> However, in such conventional flush toilets, the right-angled part formed near the end of the drain channel is an important structural part that causes a siphon effect, and the drain outlet is closed to water. For example, since it is located below the
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 82535, even if an attempt is made to prevent the water storage part from freezing by attaching a planar heater to the lower surface of the water storage part, the area that can be heated by the planar heater is narrow, and furthermore, the water storage area is large and the amount of water stored is too large. Because of the large amount of water, even if it is partially heated, the parts far from the heating part are likely to freeze, especially in shallow water areas, which freeze quickly, and because the shape of the bottom surface of the pooled water is complex, it is difficult for the surface heater to stick. There is a problem in that it is difficult to attach, and as a result, freezing of the water reservoir cannot be reliably prevented.

In view of such conventional circumstances, the present invention aims to heat the entire surface of the lower surface of the pooled water by moving the drain port closer to the end of the toilet bowl body and widening the space below the pooled water without reducing the flushing function. With the goal.

<Means for solving the problem> The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the above problem is to form the part from the upper end of the drain channel to the drain outlet in a substantially vertical shape by bringing it closer to the edge of the toilet bowl body. , a first stage part is formed at a required height position of the vertical part, and a second stage part is formed horizontally at the connection part between the end of the drainage channel and the drain outlet, located on the opposite side from the entrance of the drainage channel, and
This device is characterized in that a heat insulating layer is provided on the inner peripheral surface and the lower surface of the space formed below the water reservoir, and a heating element is disposed on the heat insulating layer disposed on the lower surface.

<Function> According to the above-mentioned technical means, the present invention improves the U of the drainage channel.
The water that jumped over the weir at the turn section collides with the side wall opposite to the entrance of the vertical section, and a large portion of this water flows down along the side wall, but some of the water collides with the first stage section and scatters. The water flows down to fill the drainage channel, and the water that flows down mainly along the side walls collides with the second stage at the end of the drainage channel and scatters violently.
When water temporarily accumulates at the entrance of the drain and forms a water plug, and this water plug flows down the drain,
The air remaining in the drainage channel is sucked out, and the drainage channel is finally completely filled with water, causing a siphon effect, and the heat generated by the heating element warms the air in the space and causes convection.

The toilet main body A has a ball part 2, a water supply chamber 3, and a drainage channel 4, which are divided into sections so as to be adjacent to each other through a partition wall 1, and a plurality of water injection holes 5 are provided on the lower surface of the upper end periphery of the ball part 2. An open rim passageway 6 is formed in an annular shape so as to protrude inwardly, and the rim passageway 6 communicates with the water supply chamber 3 via a communication hole 7 at the rear.

The water supply chamber 3 is formed at the rear of the toilet main body A, and has a water supply port 8 on the top surface and a water supply channel 9 defined at the bottom along the back surface of the ball part 2, and the water supply channel 9 has the water supply port 8 formed therein. A fountain hole 10 facing into the drainage channel 4 from the entrance 4a of the channel 4 is opened.

The drainage channel 4 extends obliquely upward along the entrance 4a opened in the bottom wall 1a of the ball part 2 and the back side of the side wall 1b of the ball part 2, and makes a U-turn from a position where a constant water level can be maintained in the ball part 2. The intermediate portion 4b extending substantially vertically downward and the outlet 4c formed above the drain port 11 opened at the rear bottom surface of the toilet main body A are bent into a substantially U-shape to connect. .

The side wall 1c of the vertical section 14 on the opposite side from the inlet 4a of the drainage channel 4 is located at a required height, specifically, the water that has violently risen from the inlet 4a toward the U-turn section 12 jumps over the weir. Therefore, in such a flush toilet, when flush water is sent from the water supply port 8 to the water supply chamber 3, a part of the flush water enters the rim water passage 6 through the communication hole 7, and enters the water injection hole drilled on the lower surface of the water passage 6. Water is sprayed from the hole 5 to clean the inner surface of the ball portion 2. The remaining washing water passes through the water conduit 9, forms a jet from the water fountain 10, and is sprayed toward the inlet 4a of the drainage channel 4, and rises within the drainage channel 4 toward the U-turn portion 12.

The water that has jumped over the weir of the U-turn portion 12 collides with the side wall 1c of the vertical portion 14 on the opposite side to the ball portion 2, and most of this water flows down along the side wall 1c as it is. Since the stepped portion 15 is formed, some of the water scatters and flows down to fill the drainage channel 4.

In addition, the water that has mainly flowed down along the side wall 1c collides with the second step 16 at the end of the drain channel 4 and is violently scattered, and accumulates at the entrance of the drain port 11, causing the water plug to connect with the outside. While ventilation is blocked, the air remaining in the drainage channel 4 is sequentially discharged while mixing with water, so that the interior of the drainage channel 4 is finally completely filled with water and a siphon action occurs to cause the wastewater to flow into the drain port 11.

Therefore, freezing of the water reservoir can be reliably prevented, and since the water reservoir is uniformly heated, freezing can be prevented even with a relatively low capacity heating element, which is economical.
