記板カムと協働し該板カムの動径の増大に伴つて
前記枠フレームを前記弾性体の付勢力に抗して下
方へ移動させるカムフオロワとを備えており、前
記駆動部は、前記一方のフレームに装着され、前
記板カムの動径の変化により前記枠フレームの下
面が、前記移動用部材の下端より上方の位置と、
該下端より下方へ突出した位置とをとり得るよう
に、前記板カムの回動軸を回動させる如く設けら
れ、前記カムフオロワは、前記他方のフレームに
