位置から起立方向へ回動可能とされた長尺の操作
部を有し且つ該枠体の内側に於て該回動軸から前
記操作部にほぼ垂直方向に設けられた短尺の作用
部を有したレバー装置と、前記固定枠体及び可動
枠体に両端部を支持され前記可動枠体下端が前記
移動用部材下端より上方となるように該可動枠体
を上昇させる為のバネと、前記両枠体のうち他方
の枠体に固設され前記作用部の回動に伴つて該作
用部との接触圧により前記可動枠体を下方へ押し
下げ前記可動枠体下端を前記移動用部材下端より
上方の位置から下方又は同一高さの位置へ移動さ
