Claims (1)
- 筺体内の紫外線ランプ側方から冷却風を送つて
風冷しつつ該紫外線ランプから紫外線を発生させ
て該筺体内の被照射物に照射する紫外線照射装置
において、前記紫外線ランプの電極貫通封止端部
における風上側の部分に遮風カバーが設けられて
いることを特徴とする紫外線照射装置。
