- セラミツク基板の裏面に、厚膜スクリーン印刷
法を用いてハンダ付用面パターンが形成してある
混成集積回路基板において、上記ハンダ付用面パ
ターンの形状を細分化してあることを特徴とする
混成集積回路基板。
