口側配管、７：底部、８：圧力センサー、９：ラ
ツクギア、１０：ピストンロツド、１１：モータ
、１２：回転軸、１３：ピニオンギア、１４：モ
ータ駆動制御回路。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 有底のシリンダーと、該シリンダー内を密閉さ
    れた液室と大気側に開放される大気室との２室に
    区室するピストンと、該ピストンを該液室の容積
    を可変可能に長手方向に沿つて駆動するモータと
    、該液室内の液圧を検出する圧力センサーと、該
    圧力センサーで検出した液室情報に基づき該モー
    タを駆動制御するモータ駆動制御回路とを備え、
    該液室を液体供給経路中に接続するようにしたア
    キユムレータであつて、 該モータ駆動制御回路は、該圧力センサーが液
    圧の上昇を検出すると該液室の容積を増加する方
    向に該ピストンを駆動するように該モータを駆動
    制御し、該圧力センサーが液圧の下降を検出する
    と該液室の容積を減少する方向に該ピストンを駆
    動するように該モータを駆動制御することを特徴
    とするアキユムレータ。
