本発明FRP成形品の製造方法及びその装置は、上記の
欠点を解消し、均一な表面層を有するF }? P成形
品を提供する為になされたものであって、その要旨は、
I.Z面に硬化性樹脂が塗布された耐候性着色フィルム
を、SMCの上に重ね合わせて加圧することにより一体
に硬化させることを特徴とするFRP成形品の製遣方法
、及び2.裏面に硬化性樹脂が塗布された耐候性着色フ
ィルムが塗布面を下にして張設された枠体を、開割閉合
可能な金型の下金型に嵌着し、金型を閉合した際に、該
枠体が上金型によって押下げられるようなしたことを特
徴とするFRP成形品の製造装置に存する.
耐候性着色フィルムとしては、弗化ビニル樹脂もしくは
四弗化エチレン樹脂製着色フィルム、例えばテドラー(
デュポン社製)、アルフレンクス(旭硝子社製)等が好
適である。又、模様等を印刷してもよい.
耐候性着色フィルムを枠体に張設することは、金型を閉
合する迄、フィルムに皺が寄らないように保つことが出

FRP成形品を、得ることが出来る.
