度が著しく悪くなる問題点があった。(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) When the above-described conventional polishing whetstone is used for polishing the right-slanted scooping surface and the left-slanted scooping surface of the chip saw 31, the grinding wheel b is placed on the surface of the grindstone layer 29. 14 and 15 so that it matches the scooping surface of the chib saw 31.
When changing the rake angle as shown in the figure and polishing one with the rake angle tilted to the right and the other with the rake angle tilted to the left, place the whetstone b so that the surface of the whetstone layer 29 matches the rake angle, and also adjust its position. 1st
As shown in Figure 6 and Figure 17, the position has to be changed, so there are two types: one for polishing the scooping surface and one for polishing the scooping angle.
Not only does the need for a grinding machine increase the equipment cost, but replacing the chip saw with two machines is time consuming and reduces work efficiency, and due to individual differences between the two machines. , errors occur in the scooping surface polishing and scooping angle polishing, and furthermore, the grindstone b, in which the grindstone layer 29 is provided on the front side of the edge of the dish-shaped main body 28, which is close to a flat surface, is easily deformed by external force. Therefore, when the grindstone layer 29 is pressed against the chip saw b during polishing, there is a problem in that the main body 28 is deformed and chattering occurs, resulting in significantly poor polishing accuracy.

Achievement of the Invention (Means for Solving the Problem) The means of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned object is a grindstone having a conical surface on the outer periphery of the end edge side of the main body formed in the shape of a truncated conical cup. There are two types of polishing wheels: one is a grinding wheel for a chip saw, etc., which has a layer, and the other is a grinding wheel for a chip saw, etc., in which a grinding wheel layer is provided in front of the edge of the main body so as to form a conical surface opposite to the main body.

うにしてある。The main body of the above-mentioned whetstone is made of light and strong light metal, special synthetic resin, or other suitable material.
By forming a truncated conical cup with a diameter of about 40 to 80 inches, and providing a grindstone layer to be described later on the outer periphery of the edge,
Even if the edge side described above is formed thin enough to fit into the narrow blade chamber of a tipped saw, the cup-shaped main body will not be able to handle it during polishing.
Since it receives external force as a compressive force, it has extremely high deformation resistance, and is designed to rotate without chatter while retaining its original shape.

When installed, it is formed into a conical surface parallel to the main body, and by simply changing the angle of inclination of the main body with respect to the tipped saw, both the scooping surface and the rake angle can be polished by one grindstone of one machine.

When this is attached to the drive shaft as shown in Fig. 2 and its axis S is swung to the right by an angle α1 with respect to the reference line The left side surface of the conical grinding wheel layer provided on the outer periphery of the part coincides with the scooping surface facing right as shown in Figure 2, and the axis center line S as shown in Figure 3.
When is swung to the left by an angle α2 with respect to the reference line X, the right surface of the grindstone layer coincides with the scooping surface facing left as shown in FIG.

ある。Further, as shown in FIG. 4, when the axis S of the grinding wheel drive shaft is swung back and left by an angle β1 with respect to the horizontal reference line Y, the right surface of the grinding wheel layer coincides with the rightward scooping angle, As shown in Fig. 5, when the axis line is swung to the left after an angle β2 with respect to the reference line Y, the left surface of the grinding wheel layer coincides with the leftward rake angle, so
Along with the angle change of the grinding wheel described above, if the tipped saw is turned over and the scooping surface and scooping angle are aligned with the surface of the grinding wheel layer, one grinding wheel of one grinder can be used to match the scooping surface of the tipped saw and the scooping angle of the tipped saw. Both sides of the rake angle can be polished easily and accurately. During this polishing, the truncated cup-shaped main body receives an external force in the direction of compressing the cup, so it is formed thin. Even if it is, it has extremely high deformation resistance and will not deform and cause chatter during polishing, so polishing can be performed reliably with high precision.

易に研磨することができた。When the grindstone a shown in the above embodiment is attached to the drive shaft 4 and its axial center line S is swung to the right by α1=25° with respect to the reference line X in the front-rear direction as shown in FIG. As shown in the same figure, the left surface of the chip 2 matches the right-facing scooping surface of the chip 2, and when the axis S is moved to the left by αz=25° with respect to the reference line X as shown in FIG. , as shown in the figure, the grindstone layer 6
The right surface of the chip 2 matches the right-facing scooping surface of the chip 2, and when the axis S is moved to the left by β = 25 degrees with respect to the horizontal reference line Y as shown in Fig. 4, , as shown in the same figure, the right surface of the grinding wheel layer 6 matches the leftward rake angle of the chip 2, and the axis S is set to the horizontal reference line Y as shown in FIG. When swung to the right after 25 degrees, the left surface of the grinding wheel layer 6 matches the leftward rake angle of the chip 2 as shown in the same figure, so the grinding wheel a is attached to one machine and set as described above. The angle conversion and accompanying tip saw 3
By performing the front-back reversal operation, both the rake face and rake angle of the chip saw 3 could be accurately and easily polished with one grindstone of one machine.

If the blade is fed out in the axial direction, the polished surfaces of the rake face and the rake angle will both become arcuate as shown in Figures 6 and 7, and the edge of the blade will stand up well, improving cutting performance. In addition, at this time, move the whetstone 2 to 3 times in the axial direction.
If the grinding wheel was vibrated at an amplitude of III, the entire grinding wheel a was used evenly, so that the grinding wheel a could be worn evenly and accurate polishing could be performed.

-35 degrees to the right, and the tip saw is placed so that the right rake corner of the chip 2' is in contact with it, or the left rake corner is in contact with it as shown in FIG.
By performing the reversing operation in Step 3, you can easily and accurately grind the rake angle, and in this case as well, as shown in Figure 7,
In this case as well, if the chip saw 3' is tilted upward with respect to the center of the saw and the cutting is made while swinging in the axial direction,
Since the surface to be polished is arc-shaped, the edges are well-defined, and accurate polishing is achieved due to the average wear of each part of the whetstone.

Effects of the Invention The grinding wheel for a chip saw or the like according to the present invention has a main body formed in a truncated circular shape, and a grinding wheel layer having a conical surface is provided on the outer periphery of the edge thereof. If you turn the chip saw upside down accordingly, you can polish both the scooping surface and the scooping angle with one grindstone of one machine. The equipment cost is low, the efficiency of licking work is high without the need to change tip saws, and if the scooping face and ripping angle are polished with one machine, the conditions for both polishing are constant and accurate. Polishing results are obtained.
